We invite you to relax in the open floorplan of Foothills C-3, a comfortably furnished 2 BD/ 2 BA downstairs condo. Centrally located in Branson, this unit is across from the clubhouse, indoor and outdoor pool, sauna, and jacuzzi. A quick drive will get you to the Branson strip with all the shows, many attractions and activities, and tons of dining options. Ease of access to your destination via the alternative routes to skirt around traffic.

The place was very clean, beds comfy and nice decor. We didn’t spend a lot of time in the house, but it seemed to have everything you would need for a longer stay. Would definitely stay here again

The home was very spacious and beautiful. It was very close to the main strip on 76 with minimal traffic. It is located just a couple of minutes to Walmart and any event you want to attend but in a quiet area. It was very accommodating and we had no issues during our stay. Very clean and great location.

Condo was nice but a couple things need some attention. On the listing it said 5 steps down to condo, definitely incorrect, there is a full set of stairs. The hot water runs out quickly. You can hear every step above you, definitely not insulated well between floors. For the price per night I expected a little more.

Great Condo!

If you’re looking for a great place to stay while visiting Branson, look no further. This two bedroom condo is so very, very clean and newly updated. The living room furniture, as well as the beds, are quite comfortable. New tv’s are equipped with cable. Easy and quick access to the strip, which is always a plus. Will definitely be staying here again.

Nice Place

This condo was recently updated which made it very nice and clean on the inside. Did hear the upstairs neighbors walking around but otherwise the area was fairly quiet. Was a little bummed that mother nature caused a water main leak so we were not able to take advantage of the pool or fitness room. Over this was a nice place to stay for the few night we were there. Only true complaint was that you aren't able to have more than two people shower at the same time due all the hot water being gone before anyone else can use it.

Everything Needed

The property is an older property, but it is well maintained and has been updated nicely. The kitchen was well stocked and all the furnishings we’re comfortable. The property was quiet and peaceful and located close to all the main attractions. I can’t remember the name of the service, but the property has a membership with a service that provides discounted tickets to certain area attractions that was a nice feature. I was suspect of it initially, but after looking into it and using it you can reset assured there are some good deals through the site depending on what your interests are. The service is definitely a good selling point and helped us save some money!

Good location, cozy place had a couple issues

My wife and I stayed at the condo and will base my review on overall experience. First it was in a great location close to everything we wanted to do. The condo had everything we needed for our stay. It was a quite place but did hear some neighbors here and there. The place seemed clean and cozy when we arrived. Furniture was clean and comfy. It has a nice back patio to sit at. Check in was easy process. From my experience you will not be able to talk to the actual owners. They have a management company that takes care of everything including communication. They missed a couple of specifics I asked about since they mange hundreds of properties. I’m not sure about cleaning floors each time, my wife did walk around with no shoes and socks and her feet were black on the bottom each day. I noticed the floors were bowing really bad by the spare bathroom then noticed there was water seeping up from those spots so there had been a leak going on for a while and nobody bothered to tell them. So I contacted them to tell them and they were going to be looking into it. The ceiling fan in the main bedroom shakes and makes a knocking sound when on high speed so had to turn it down or off to sleep. The main shower faucet and handle need some attention, the whole thing is lose and moves back and forth. It still works though. I just wanted to be honest with my review and list out any issues we had so they can be addressed and not overlooked. All in all we had a nice stay.

Nice Condo

Check in was very easy, no problems. Condo looked like it was recently remodeled. Was very clean. One problem we had was in 2nd bedroom the closet was locked and unable to use it. We had problems streaming Prime and mostly watched Hulu. Condo was fairly quiet and close to attractions.

Great place!!

Highly recommend this property!! Easy to find. Just minutes away from all your main attractions, shopping and restaurants. The condo was clean and tidy and had everything our family of 5 needed. The decor was even super cute too!! We stayed for 4 nights which included the entire weekend and not one time did we hear any of our neighbors. I have absolutely no complaints!!!!
