Fourth floor @ Mare Blu Building, no elevator. Tourist area, near supermarkets, restaurants and shops.

Extended weekend stay

Place was very clean, conveniently located to the beach and good food options. Comfy bed. Well appointed. Amazing balcony and view from the top floor. Would definitely stay here again on our next visit!

Wonderful experience

Perfect location with amazing view of ocean and less than 5 minute walk from beach. Huge porch with breeze, comfortable furniture and hammock. Great communication with hosts. Lovely town. Not touristy and walking distance to restaurants, food trucks, great bakery. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.

FANTASTIC PROPERTY

We absolutely loved it here. The apartment is well equipped and clean - we had everything we needed. The host Angel-Luis was extremely responsive. We walked to dinner and the beach. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! We will be visiting again in January or February and would 100% stay here again.

Spectacular!

Had an amazing stay in this beatiful ocean view apartment. It was very comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked. The large private balcony is a definite plus. I would be delighted to stay here again next time I'm in the area.

Beach Beach!

The property did not disappoint! Everything as advertised and the neighborhood is is so calm and people as always in Puerto Rico friendly and informative. I will definitely rent again.

Amazing view

The location was perfect! Right across the ocean/beach beautiful sunsets you can hear the ocean waves from the bedroom. Have your breakfast watching the ocean waves. Walking distance to everything A little noise from the main road due to the motorcycles and cars with loud music.

Beautiful home great location

We had a great time! Great lively area. Lots to do, with a beautiful beach. Apartment has an amazing balcony with beautiful view of the beach. Only thing I would recommend is add in a long mirror. 1 small mirror in the bathroom is not enough. Highly recommended!!

I usually do not give a five star review, but I feel that this property and my experience were a 5 star. I enjoyed this property. This is a fabulous place! Clean and up to date. Ocean view, you can see and hear the ocean waves from the beautiful, private deck! The deck furnishings and hammock were a treat. The host was very friendly and explained everything clearly.

This apartment is a hidden gem..I am in the hotel/ restaurant biz so I am a little picky.. You will feel at ease here. Communication to gain access was great!!. And you can tell owner takes pride..please keep in mind Weekends the locals like to have a good time so grab a cocktail and enjoy..

Best beach view and location!

We had a great experience at this property this past weekend. Angel-Luis was very accommodating and helpful when we had a problem getting to the location because we had selected the wrong location on the GPS. Angel-Luis stayed with us on the phone until we reached the property. The view of the beach from the bedroom and balcony was incredible! Also, restaurants and stores were all in walking distance. We had a great time here and highly recommend the property and location to anyone visiting PR for the first time. We look forward to coming back and staying here again!

Absolutely gorgeous!!!

Everything was perfect. Apartment was gorgeous and very confortable. The balcony was our favorite place. The view of Puerto Nievo beach was breathless. The only thing is that in the mornings people take advantage to do house work and there were two constructions going on close to the house that kept us awake since 7am. Other than that our vacations were perfect.

Beautiful Place & Stellar Location

This is one of the best places I have stayed on my many trips to Puerto Rico. I have never booked the same place twice but will be back to Mare Blue. The host was perfect with communication and the apartment was exactly as described, my only comment is that the pics don't do the apartment justice. The ocean view is amazing and the balcony was perfect for enjoying the view and the ocean breeze. The beach was a quick walk across the street and there are plenty of eateries within walking distance. A grocery store and bakery are a short 5 minute drive away. It was convenient having parking on the premises and I enjoyed the ease of all the locks being electronic. No need to remember keys or fear of losing them! I definitely recommend a stay here!

Sunny days escape

We stayed on the top floor of Mare Blu apartments. This unit has an incredibly large balcony that spans the length of the apartment. It boasts spectacular views of the ocean and beach. Arguably the best view of the whole neighborhood.The apartment was clean and nice. Well appointed with a kitchen and comfotrable living space. 2 AC units allow you to escape the heat and humidity. The owners are very friendly and do a great job explaining the details of the stay. There was a broken hair dryer and they got us a new one in a timely manner. Very attentive and good communication during our stay.The apartment is very safe. Fully gated with excellent parking. A lock to get into stairwell as well as another to get into unit.The area is also safe. People are friendly and patient with our limited Spanish. Most speak at least some English. Crews were putting fresh coats of paint on many public spaces. The beach is nice and generally clean. Water is very refreshing and perfect temperature. Renting an umbrella is worth it. The chairs, towel and cooler from the apartment were suifficient. I would recommend noise canceling headphones if you dont want to listen to competing music. The strip is pretty calm during the week but traffic pretty lively from Thursday to Sunday. There is a 1000 fine for "rude and unnecessary noise" but it does not deter everyone. By 11 the activity drops and you will get a good nights rest. An excellent stay, we will be back.

We had a wonderful stay at this vacation house. It’s a short, easy walk to the beach, bakery, supermarket and restaurants. The place was very clean and well cared for, and the scenic view from the balcony was perfect for relaxing with coffee or a glass of wine. The beds were super comfortable, and everything felt cozy and inviting. We’d happily stay here again!

The experience was amazing! Everything went how it should be. The place is beautiful and has an amazing view. The host also was very helpful with everything as well.
