Escape to luscious James Island and have the best of both worlds! This lovely bungalow is 4 miles to downtown Charleston and 6 miles from Folly Beach! Visit Bowens Island for famous views, kayaking, and a historic seafood restaurant or rendezvous downtown and enjoy world-class dining and historic sites! Give your body and mind the R and R it deserves.

The house is perfect for families or groups of 6. We sleep 6 comfortably in beds. The house can accommodate 8 with 2 people on an air mattress

The backyard is large and fenced in for your furry four-legged friends.

Please NOTE: There is an additional Pet fee. We will send the pet fee request separately after you book. :)

The yard is also big enough for BOAT parking.

There is a Pack n Play available in the Master bedroom closet.

Great James Island home

Loved the house and the neighborhood. The yard was a wonderful bonus. Neighbors were very friendly so a great place to walk and talk. And very accessible to downtown Charleston and Johns Island. We would definitely stay here again.

Terrific house!

We had a great stay here for a long weekend visit to Charleston. Conveniently located, very clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. The hosts were easy to communicate with and responsive. We definitely will go back on our next trip to Charleston and highly recommend!

Comfortable and Relaxing Stay in a Great Location

We stayed 6 nights. Located 15 minutes to Folly Beach and 10 minutes to Charleston downtown. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom is small but adequate. Enjoyed the quiet neighborhood. Went for morning walks. Kitchen was adequate for our needs. Nice living room setup for watching TV. Great communication with owners. Would definitely stay here again.

Great spot!

We wanted to stay at a spot between Charleston and Folly and this place was the perfect in-between. Everything was clean and tidy and we had plenty of room for our family.

Great location to beach, and downtown Charleston

It’s perfect when traveling with a pet with the big fenced backyard. It’s located conveniently between Folly Beach and downtown Charleston so we didn’t need to drive far to explore the general area. We would definitely stay there again.

Perfect location between folly beach and downtown!

Awesome home

This house was in the perfect location. It is a quiet neighborhood. It was very clean and had plenty of room for everyone to sit. The shower has great water pressure and we never ran out of hot water (7 people). Loved that we could bring our dog (Rottweiler) and it had a fenced in backyard. Highly recommend this house. Michael and Kelly were awesome too.

Great Homebase

We had a very nice stay. It was a convenient location because we have family on James Island but wanted to be able to get in and out of Charleston. There were 5 of us and the only drawback was the 1 bathroom but we were well aware of this going into our stay. Clean, roomy and comfortable!
