Great spot for a family vacation at the beach. Enough room to spread out and we loved sitting out on the double decks. Easy walk to the beach.

Excellent property. Well maintained and clean. Not exactly walking distance to the beach, but a golf cart is easy solution. Would have been nice to have an outlet downstairs for golf cart charger. I had to purchase an extension cord and connect to outlet on second floor. We really enjoyed our stay.

Everything was wonderful! The coffee pot broke at one point and they had someone drop off a new one within the hour. Only minor thing of note, make sure to bring some cleaning products. We had 10 people in the house and ran the dishwasher more than once over the weekend, so we ran out of the pods they gave us and had to run out for more.

The house was very clean and conveniently close to all activities we had planned.Best feature of this house was the screened in porch..very big and ample seating.First time to Folly Beach and would definitely stay here again!

Amazing beach stay!

Great accommodations and super close to great restaurants and the beach! The only downfall was the large amount of mosquito's on the property that lived mainly around the front porch and surrounding plants.

Thank you for staying with us! Folly Beach is a beautiful coastal town, but mosquitoes can be more prevalent here at certain times. They seem to like our warm & humid environment. All properties are routinely treated by a licensed pet control technician as a proactive approach to minimize any potential discomfort. We appreciate your business and hope to see you again!

Great house a few blocks from the beach and Center street

Beautiful house with plenty of space for two families and kids. Was easily walkable to both the beach and Center street.

Clean, spacious stay

The property was very clean and had quality furnishings. Kitchen was stocked with cooking utensils which we found very helpful, and it’s a 3 minute drive from Bert’s. Also the beds were comfortable. We had a great time, would stay again!

Southern Charm at the Beach

We spent a week in mid june at this lovely southern style house. It is tastfully furnished, clean and well appointed. The location is close to both the beach and town. We had nine adults and one child and there was plenty of room for everyone. Highly recommend this property.

Very nice house near the beach

We enjoyed our stay. The house was spacious and clean. The property management company was responsive when we had questions. We are likely to stay here again if we return to Folly Beach.

College Graduation

Beautiful and spacious! Perfect for our extended family in town for CofC graduation. Gave us the opportunity to enjoy the beach and cook our own food, saving a few $ by not having to go out for every meal.

Luxury Near the Sea

Beautiful home !! 4pm check-in is difficult in such a small town !! Part of family ubered so as not to have too many cars. Responsible person rented a car Iin-order to be first to arrive. Could have a TV in at least one bedroom upstairs!! A small supply of paper goods rather than just one in each bathroom & one paper towel in kitchen was inconvenient !! Rapid response to any issue was wonderful !! Thank you for a wonderful vacation !!

Thank you for sharing your experience. While we try to allow guests to check in as soon as they can, it is not always possible to check-in before the 4pm check-in time. Our team does a very thorough pre-arrival inspection to be sure everything is ready for our guests. The check-in time and a list of supplied products are provided in the check-in instructions email that is sent 7 days prior to arrival. It's quite standard to offer starter toiletry items and paper goods. We try to be very clear with this in our pre arrival communication. Thank you for staying with us. We're glad you had a nice visit!

If only they would have let me used the elevator

Unfortunately, I broke my ankle two weeks before our vacation. I couldn’t miss out on this vacation to celebrate our 40th anniversary with our adult children. Once in a lifetime trip. However, it was very inconvenient since I had just had surgery on my leg. Then I found out there was an elevator in this home. Would have been so nice if fate would have intervened and I could use the elevator to get into the house. However, the owner said no way no insurance, even though I was willing to sign a waiver. Would have given this Home a better rating if they could’ve been a little kinder on that issue. The other issue is they give you very limited supplies. Expect you to go to the store and buy all the extra, toilet paper, napkins, paper towels. Also they provide no spices. It’s the little things that make vacations extra nice.

Thanks for the feedback! This house does not have an elevator for guest use; nor is it an advertised amenity. Unfortunately, we're unable to offer an amenity that doesn't exist for guests. A detailed list of provided items and suggestions for what to bring are provided in the check-in instructions email sent 7 days prior to arriving. We aim to be very transparent with the amenities and supplies so guests know exactly what to expect. Thank you for your business!

On the half shell

Property was beautiful. Noticed first day Ice/water on fridge was not working. Called and didn’t get a response til Day 3. Their delayed response was due to answering service provided wrong address (really?). Master bath shower had an issue with the hand head issue. It kept falling out of the bracket/holder and water would spray all over the place. Unfortunately we didn’t report until the end of our stay and their response was they would relay to property management. One of our party members fell down the stairs. It’s very dangerous because the step colors are the same as the as the floor color. At 6:30 in the AM lighting is poor and colors blended. Suggestion is either runner on the steps or 3x5 rug on the floor. There were comments in guest notes that several other have fell on the stairs

We apologize again for not replying to your message sooner, but we were not given the correct information from our answering service. We've taken steps to make sure this doesn't happen again. Our staff is known for being very responsive and emergency maintenance issues are unfortunately not addressed outside standard business hours. This was an amazing family-friendly home that more than accommodated our big family! There was plenty of space, a quick walk to the beach for little ones, and the walk to food and the pier was also not bad at all. It was very clean and well taken care of. We appreciated so many of the features such as the outdoor shower, back patio, large kitchen, as well as an extra fridge! But my favorite by far was laying in the porch swing and reading each day. Such a dream.
