Your Family Friendly Home with Large Backyard & Onsite Parking

Want to get away from the city and get some much-needed rest and relaxation? Come enjoy this spacious apartment featuring two bedrooms, one bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a large living and dining area. Want to spend time outdoors? Step outside, and there is a sizeable semi-fenced backyard that will suit all your needs. We got it all, from the enclosed pavilion with lounging furniture and life sized games. A bonus, we are only 10 minutes from Orchard Beach!

Inside the apartment you will find that up to six guests can sleep comfortably. The main bedroom has a queen-sized bed, a wardrobe closet, and a workstation. The secondary bedroom has a full-size bed. The living room has a full-sized sofa bed, available upon request and will be set up prior to your arrival.

Upon arrival, you will access your unit through a private entrance located at the back of the house. You will be able to self-check in with a smart lock and your personal code will be sent via email. There are two parking spots available in the driveway to park your vehicles. If additional parking is needed, please get in touch with me.

During your stay, you will be able to use and enjoy the backyard, including a large pavilion, outdoor furnishings, fire place, and life sized games.

Please note to keep the home decluttered, some of the amenities listed are not located inside the apartment but are still on the property. If something you need is not available during your stay, please let me know, and I can get it to you the same day.

Comfort and convenience

My family and I stayed for 2 nights and had a wonderful weekend. The beds and furniture were all very comfortable. The home was well stocked with necessities as well as some extras (soda and chips) which my kids loved! The shampoo and conditioner were great- it’s a little thing that makes a big difference! We popped over to the Bronx Zoo before heading home. Great location to make that a day trip!

Great Family Vacation Getaway.

My family and I were in town for the Pelham Half Marathon and we had a wonderful stay! The space was immaculate with modern appliances, plush linens and towels, and thoughtful touches. The beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed the board games. We also had a great time at the Bronx Zoo and NY Botanical Gardens, both of which were less than 30 minutes by car. We would definitely return!

Great place

We absolutely loved this location. Private and great hub for many areas to explore. Many places close by for dining opportunities. The host was wonderful and quick to respond. Small touches inside made our stay special. Everything was thought of uncluding toiletries if you forgot yours. I can't say enough good things about this place

Pristine, stylish and comfortable

The place is beautifully styled. Everything you need and more is there. The neighborhood is very homey, we were able to walk to anything we needed, great restaurants, pharmacies, grocery stores, etc. Easy to get into the city, and also easy to get onto any of the parkways. I think this is the perfect location. Nina was very accommodating, and always responded quickly. Although there were only three of us in our party, I can see how this would accommodate families perfectly. Nina has equipped the place with child bedding, and there is plenty of childproofing. I can’t say enough about this place. What a great job she’s done. I know if you decide to stay here you’ll have a wonderful time.

Lovely time with newborn, elders, and dog.

The visit at Nina's place was amazing. She was so communicative and responsive to our every need as they arose with elder family members, a newborn, and a dog. The space was exactly as described and the location was perfect. The kitchen also had every appliance and tool one might want! It was easy to drive many places, or walk to cafes and coffeeshops. It was also a great neighborhood to walk the dog in. Nina set up the space wonderfully for our 6-week old and brought additional items for both the baby and the dog during our stay. It is a beautiful house, she is a wonderful host, and we would definitely stay here again.

charming, cozy home away from home

This was a comfortable, well-appointed two-bedroom place near downtown New Rochelle. A lot of care has clearly gone into updating it and keeping it in good shape. Nina was an extremely responsive and communicative host. My family and I enjoyed ourselves. Thanks for a great stay!

Great stay!

My wife and I stayed for two nights and thoroughly enjoyed it. This property has two bedrooms and one bath, a good kitchen and dining/living room where you could host more people if needed. It was very clean with plenty of amenities. Nina was easy to communicate with and a good host. Off street parking was very convenient. Though we didn't have time to use it, there is a nice patio area that could be used for entertainment. Overall, a great place and we will stay there again when we are in the area.

Convenient and spacious

The house was conveniently located to a training we were taking in Mamaroneck. There was plenty of room for 3 of us and the host was easy to communicate with and quickly responsive.

My family was attending an out of state wedding. We chose this property in New Rochelle. This home was beaitiful and had EVERYTHING you could think of! If you forgot something, it was there. I wish we could have stayed longer! Host was very accommodating and very responsive.

My Dream Bridal Suite

We had our wedding at the Surf Club, and this gem was 6 minutes away from the venue. I happened to find it because a hotel room would’ve been too small to get ready in. Our host was so kind and had so many awesome items that we didn’t even know we needed! The place is spacious, bright, clean, and cozy. Great for photos also! Thank you again!

My family and I had a great experience at the property. It had everything we needed. We had a great night sleep because bed was super comfortable. Bed room and family room had air conditioning and ceiling fan that kept rooms cool. Refrigerator, stove top and bathroom were super clean. Every room had a flat screen TV with a few loaded streaming services. Overall the property was very spacious and decor was modern. The property had available parking for my rental car. The property also looks like it has a professional landscaper because the outside was well managed and tidy. A property across the board.

Lovely apt in New Rochelle

We had a nice stay in this apt with our two teenagers + the dog... Place is comfortable and well appointed for a short-term rental with just about everything you need provided. The yard is not fenced in but feels private and that was nice for the dog. Nearby neighborhoods are urban but the street the house sits on is not very busy and neighbors were friendly. Nina stayed in touch and was very pleasant in our interactions. Good host and I would recommend for a stay in the area.

Writer’s Camp

My teen son did a week long writer’s camp at Sarah Lawerence College which was about a 20 minute drive from the house. We wanted the convenience of a kitchen and space to move around so a hotel was not going to cut it. The kitchen is fully stocked and we had a nice dining area to eat. The drive to Bronxville was a nice one (if you stay off the highways) and the train in Bronxville takes you to Grand Central Terminal in about 40 minutes.
