Gated patrolled community with numerous amenities on beautiful Lake Conroe.
Fully furnished property with all linens, fully equipped kitchen, screened upper deck and beautiful lower deck with views to remember.
Three bedrooms with Firesticks and flat screen in each room.

Relax and enjoy with all the comforts of home.There is a camera located outside for safety reasons. It sits on the corner of the house facing towards the neighbors houses. There is also a ring doorbell camera located directly to the left of the front door outside.

We had an absolutely wonderful time at Julias April Sound home. It was the perfect stay for our family to celebrate our mother’s 85th birthday. Such a perfect location, clean, comfortable, and completely felt like home away from home. Great communication too!

This property is fantastic. The pictures do not do it justice. Modern, clean, and spacious. Beautiful lake view from the living room, and right on the water for easy boat, swimming, and fishing access. You wont find a nicer property at this value and I cannot recommended it enough. We had a fantastic stay!

This was my second stay at this awesome Lake Conroe property! I first came with my family over spring break and we had such a great experience that I came back for a guys’ weekend with 3 high school friends. The house is perfect for both types of trips—clean, spacious, and stocked with everything you need. The lake views are beautiful, and the outdoor space is ideal for grilling, relaxing, and enjoying the water. The host is responsive and easy to work with. This place has quickly become our go-to spot on Lake Conroe, and I’m sure we’ll be back again!

I’ve never given a bad rating but the house was dirty when we got there. The dishes were put away dirty and same with the silverware. We had to do dishes when we got there. Also the was dog feces on the porch steps. I messaged the owner on Thursday and no response until after we checked out on Monday saying “thanks for letting me know”. Also the patio furniture cushions had holes in them and much of the furniture is broken. Also the outside picnic table needs to be replaced. The kitchen cabinets were dirty inside and out. I have photos of all of it. We had to clean when we got there to stay there Overall I was very upset the owner never bothered to email back.

Everything was great. A little hard to find, tucked away. But very cozy! Host was amazing! Communication was spot on!!😁 enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!!!! Beautiful home!

Sister Circle Getaway

This is a beautiful and spacious home. We enjoyed the upstairs patio space, where we watched the water glisten in the sunset, it was peaceful and serene. But check it out for yourself! Enjoy.

Boys Trip!

My son and his friends attended an Under Armour Football Camp in Spring on Saturday and Sunday. I couldn't find the proper accommodations for 7 people closer to the stadium so we chose the lakehouse. Although it was a nice scenic drive to and from the stadium, the boys absolutely loved the place! The two bedrooms downstairs next to each other were perfect for them. Another mom chose the bedroom downstairs with the king bed, and I lucked up being tucked away upstairs with the extra bunk bed. Beautiful home! Open space upstairs! Enclosed patio! Had everything I needed in the kitchen to prepare breakfast! Easy check-in and out! Don't forget to bring OFF! Bug repellent!

I recently stayed at this property with my sisters for an annual retreat. The host is very nice and responded very quickly to our requests and needs. Overall we had a good stay but we wanted to note a few items that were important to us. As described, there is no parking next to the unit so be prepared to navigate paved stones to get to this unit. Your visitors must be listed before they can enter the property and you must pay for pool access 50 per adult per day. The view is wonderful from the 2nd floor where the kitchen and living room is located, where we spent most of our time. There are steep stairs leading up to this level (uncarpeted) and it may be challenging for those less mobile. To note, we had to haul all supplies up to this level. Plus, we cook all our meals and were truly disappointed that some of the cooking utensils, pots and pans were very old and rusted and the oven was dirty and had not been cleaned. Next to the living room/kitchen, there is an external wooden balcony with table, chairs for outside meals or viewing the lake (with gorgeous sunsets), just be prepared to deal with the patio door that is super heavy and hard to open. The first floor where the entry is, does have 3 bedrooms and in two of these, there were open holes in the walls (behind the tv) that allowed access of bugs who decided they wanted in invade the retreat. We notified the host about the bugs and she readily dropped off some bug spray.

We recently stayed at this house and found it to be the perfect size for our group. The highlight was definitely the screened-in porch with a beautiful view of the water. However, there were a few challenges with parking. The directions provided weren’t very clear on where to park, and unfortunately, the parking spaces are not close to the house. Because of the confusion, one person in our group had their vehicle towed, which put a damper on the experience. If the parking situation could be clarified and improved, this would be an ideal spot for a group getaway. The home itself was wonderful, but future renters should make sure to double-check parking instructions with the host.

Great location & helpful host

We rented this home for our daughter’s birthday with her three best friends. The space was perfect for our family and guests and you can’t beat the location! We were able to load/unload the boat right there in the backyard. And hubby caught a few fish while we all slept in the next morning. The host is very friendly and helpful. She answered all my questions quickly and even gave suggestions for dining out nearby. Checkin & checkout was super easy. We missed our Keurig, water softener and high flow shower head that we’re accustomed to at home but nothing we couldn’t do without for a few days. We’ll definitely be returning to this property in the future!

Beautiful views but some issues

Location was beautiful. You can’t really get into the lake to swim, so just a heads up. It’s more for kayaking and boating. The cleanliness of this place was not the best. The floor in the kitchen was dirty. Like really dirty. It made all of our feet black within 1 hour of being there. The cabinets/drawers had food stains everywhere. We did see a couple of big cockroaches. As far as the amenities, the pool is NOT included and is misleading. When we asked for access to the pool, we were told it would be $50 per person. The living room TV’s fire stick did not work. The fire stick would just freeze and not do anything. Overall, okay stay.

Great location, nicely decorated and updated. Beautiful waterfront view. Furniture on the screened porch and the windowsills had not been cleaned and had lots of bugs. No shampoo or conditioner provided, which is fine, but it should be noted in the property description so guests don’t have to run to the store. We did not use the kitchen other than to make coffee, so we cannot comment on that.

There was nothing in the VRBO listing stating that boats and watercraft trailers are not allowed although it is waterfront property. When the guard at the gate would not allow my husband entry I was told by the host that I should have asked. We had to rent boat storage while there and asked for the host to help with reimbursement which she ignored. Also, parking is not convenient in proximity to the townhome at all.Our first night we had a huge roach/water bug crawl across the kitchen counter and into our pizza box. I understand that roaches can sometimes be common around water but did not help with our growing frustration from the host. Great lake views but that is all this house has to offer. Kitchen utensils, cabinets, etc. all need to be updated. We would not stay here again, and the host needs to update pictures, restrictions, etc to the listing.

Great Location

Our family needed a place to stay for the weekend for our cousin’s wedding. The place was perfect being only 4 minutes away from the venue. Julia was a great host. She provided detailed instruction for checking in and checking out. the house also out look into the lake. It’s a great location for a weekend get away.

This home is located near Montgomery, Conroe, the Woodlands, and Houston. There is accessibility to many different restaurants and stores for shopping. There are numerous parks to visit in both Conroe and the Woodlands. There are many brewery and winery companies to visit. For summertime, there is a water park in Spring, Texas, that is only 30 minutes away. There are also many hospitals and lots of clinics located in Conroe and Montgomery.

*Brand new vinyl plank flooring throughout the whole home, upstairs and downstairs.
No carpet, no allergens, very beautiful!*

Please also note that a boat cannot enter the sub division. There is also not a place to tie up a boat by the property. You can rent a boat if you would like but it would not be able to stay overnight at the home.
