Escapar por el lago 💕

¡Te encantará este oasis! Ingrese a una comunidad cerrada con seguridad las 24 horas para tranquilidad. Pasar el rato en la casa o caminar hacia el lago en segundos. ¡Puedes sentarte junto al agua, pescar o saltar!

En la casa encontrarás enormes ventanas que dejan entrar mucha luz natural. El concepto abierto de arriba permite una comunicación entretenida y fácil. Gran sala de estar y TV de dormitorio principal, alexa, cable básico, Netflix, Hulu y mucho más en apple tv.

En la cocina, el horno doble es ideal para cocinar varios platos a la vez, además hay una parrilla de gas en el patio. El patio también cuenta con luces y ventiladores para un lugar de descanso muy relajante.

Hay tres baños completos. Uno en el maestro, otro abajo y uno arriba. ¡No hay necesidad de luchar, hay mucha agua caliente!

Duerma en los MEJORES colchones súper cómodos con sábanas limpias lavadas antes de cada estadía.

En el patio puedes jugar hoyo de maíz o asar algunos malvaviscos para fumar en la hoguera.

Tengo 2 cámaras de seguridad, una captura la puerta principal y la otra está en la sala de estar. Estas cámaras son solo para fines de seguridad, lo que significa que solo reviso las notificaciones si no se supone que haya nadie en la casa. El resto del tiempo lo tengo en modo de inicio (privado). (no dude en hacer cualquier pregunta que pueda tener sobre esto)

Picture of the front of the residence would be helpful for location purposes. Also knowing the kitchen was upstairs would have been useful information. Overall the place was peaceful and beautiful. The owners are very communicative and the home is a great little getaway.

This stay was very comfortable while we were in town for the weekend, and it fit 5 of us adults VERY comfortably. It was spacious, relaxing, and a soft place to land after some long days. The kitchen was awesome, the beds were large and comfortable, having 3 full bathrooms was great, and overall an interesting layout concept with the kitchen being upstairs. We couldn't figure out how to turn on the light switch for the stairs but it was not a big deal at all, so we didn't reach out. Would stay again!

Outside of property looks a bit rough. House number not prominent enough to help with finding location. Inside was nice and clean and very comfortable. The beds were very comfortable. There was something sticky all over kitchen counter and my socks were finding sticky spots around kitchen floor. The outdoor patio furniture on covered patio was very dirty so we did not sit out there. My little dog did enjoy the fenced on yard and seeing the squirrels. I did have trouble finding the location. I tried to call host, left message and never received a call back...ever. The driving directions on the site are confusing and need to be changed. It was 86 degrees inside the house when i first arrived and took forever to reach a reasonable temperature. I think by not receiving a call back from the host made me feel i could not stay here again. It was apparent she did not care.

Very clean interior! Comfortable beds! Exterior was not exactly as expected but the interior was just as described. We brought our pets & the fenced side yard was nice to have but the grass was extremely tall making it difficult for the pups to “navigate” during their potty breaks. Host was extremely accommodating & easy to get ahold of. Overall a great stay!

This review comes down to health and safety. Under sink areas of the bathrooms and kitchen were filthy. Bath towels stacked on top of cleaning sponge, coffee filters randomly stored under bathroom sink with cleaners and random items. The cabinet below the kitchen sink had dirty dish towels matted down next to all the other items. I would not have used these to clean dishes or dry my hands. The oven-mitts were dirty. The pizza cutter and a few pieces of silverware had dried food on them. Kitchen ants came back. Two of the shower curtain liners had mold on them. Several Black Moldy register vents throughout the house. Musty smell on the main floor - likely from the vents and moisture from humidity. There needs to be a very good dehumidifier in this house! The stairway light did not work. Very Tall grass - the outdoor spaces were unusable for yard games. Moldy & dirty cushions on deck area - made this an unusable sitting space.The mold & dirty spaces that hold the towels, washcloths & dish towels that we use on our bodies and dishes were unacceptable as is the lack of lighting on the stairs.This house in this condition should be removed from the Vrbo listing until the ducting is cleaned, vents are replaced and a deep clean is done. Mold is nothing to mess around with. Cleaning up and cleaning out would be beneficial to potential future renters and would improve their stay.

Great Getaway

Host was wonderful and accommodated our last minute request to check in a day earlier. We loved the property and thoroughly enjoyed the deck and view of lake Conroe. Very peaceful and secure community. Highly recommend! We will be back

Great Mattresses

Very comfortable townhome/condo. All the beds are downstairs, and there is a great open area upstairs. The mattresses were so comfortable; all five of us slept great. It is in a gated community. We did have a hang-up with security; we had to show proof of our rental agreement the second night. But that is not the owners' fault.

Weekend Stay at Escape by the Lake

It was a wonderful weekend getaway, offering the perfect space to disconnect from the daily routine. The property was exactly as described, the check-in process was seamless, and the property manager was always prompt and attentive.Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I would certainly recommend it to others.

Comfortable and Nice for our 4 day stay

The accommodations were as listed. Nice and cozy as the weather was damp and chilly during our visit. The small fenced yard was an added plus for our two pups. The Master Bed is very comfortable. We didn't use the other rooms or beds but there is plenty of sleeping areas and 3 bathrooms for larger groups.

My family spent Christmas at the Escape by the Lake! We absolutely enjoyed our stay. House is well kept, host was quick to reply with any questions! I loved that I was able to bring my puppy! Will definitely rent again when we come visit our Conroe family.

I've been renting out my house since I bought it in 2016. I love that I can share my love for the lake with visitors. I've also rented houses in downtown Houston and in the museum district. As someone who use to travel a lot for work I like to give the option to see something different, give families the opportunity to have everyone in one place for dinner and have a home away from home even if just for a couple of days.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

I grew up coming to Lake Conroe. My family couldn't afford much so the hour drive was the extent of our family vacations. When I grew up and realized I could buy a house of my own it was the first place I looked. I love that its not too far from the city but gives out a completely different vibe. It's my oasis and I love that I can share it with others.
