This Gorgeous 3 bedroom home is loaded with high end furnishings and art work. The Oak trees give this homes 3 decks tons of privacy. 50' Smart TV's in every bedroom. Alexa show's in each bedroom. Up stairs on the 3rd floor is the huge master suite built for royalty. Treat yourself to the best and never be disappointed.
One deck gets full sun for tanning with teak loungers. One deck is for social hour off the main living area. The last deck is off the master to enjoy a morning cup of coffee before going downstairs and engaging with everyone (Coffee pod station in the room).Please let us know what we can stock there for you and we are happy to accommodate. We have been Super hosts on Airbnb since 2018 and thought we would give VRBO a try this May 2022!

Excellent Location, Fair Price

We had 6 adults and stayed here for 3 nights for TPC Sawgrass. The location is great. Close to TPC and a great location for visiting St Augustine. The neighborhood is nice and everyone we encountered was friendly. The house is good size and accommodates 6 adults well. The owner has great communication and is very friendly. We look forward to staying again.

Best VRBO booking YET!

This home was simply beautiful… it was very well accommodating to my families needs. It was me and my husband , 9 year old son and one year old son as well as my parents. The floor plan was great, clean.. kitchen, porches , I can’t rave enough about this home. Location was 10 times better and more convenient than any other beach stay I’ve had. Huge bonus was all the items you’d need, plenty of serving ware, cups, plates , cooking utilties , bathrooms fully equipped. We didn’t have to buy coffee, shampoo or body wash, laundry detergent.. I was so impressed. And seller communicates so well! Y’all you don’t wanna pass the chance to stay here. It helped create so many memories for my family.

Great home!

The home was very clean and spacious! We enjoyed being able to use the garage for our cars. We loved the location between the inter coastal and beach. The July 4 th fireworks over the water were great! We could walk to some great restaurants. The beach was not crowded and beautiful. The location to downtown St. Augustine was 15 minutes. Overall a great July 4 th vacation!

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home.

We loved the tree house! We had plenty of room and it was very clean. The interior is really pretty and new. We loved the porch off of the kitchen. Everyone had their morning coffee and chatted about the coming day. I would say if you're walking to the beach at the end of the street you'll need a beach cart if you're crying chairs/tents etc. It's pretty tiring without that, but overall it's a wonderful location and a really nice, friendly neighborhood. We would stay there again for sure!

Nice quiet neighborhood… walk to the beach

The property is just as listed. Everything you need for a home away from home stay. The location is a short direct walk to the beach. We also brought our boat and could use the boat launch a few blocks away. We stayed for a long weekend and worked one day from home. The house is large and spacious. Two suggestions for the owners : 1) The house is in walking distance to the beach so it would be nice if there was a better place to wash off the sand and salt. I think mounting a hose on the front deck would be perfect. 2) a desk or simple table setup in one of the rooms would be a nice addition for people who might be working. The owners were great to communicate with if we had any questions. Thanks for sharing the lovely home.

Beautiful home, comfortable and spacious for our family of 10.

Rented this beautiful home for memorial weekend for our group of 10. Our family thoroughly enjoyed being able to walk to vilano beach, which was perfect, not crowded and the waves were great for boogie boarding. Publix is nearby for grabbing groceries or any necessities. St. Augustine and Micklers Landing are nearby, but we enjoyed Vilano beach the most. We will most certainly visit again. I will say though, I would be mindful if anyone in the group has mobility issues be prepared as you have to walk up stairs to get to the living area and two bedrooms. The third level has the master bedroom. Again, this was only an issue because my husband's parents are in their 80's and aren't in the best shape. I would also be mindful that as a new listing, you may want to bring some essential spices. We loved the home and the location and left with priceless memories.
