At the very edge of North Topsail Beach, this beachfront townhome boasts 180-degree ocean views, sleeps up to 14 people and is just steps to the ocean. "Zoe By The Sea" is a dog and family friendly retreat, 3-level home with 3 expansive decks to soak in the breathtaking views, and plenty of relaxing outdoor hangouts. The townhome has 3 enclosed bedrooms, one loft space with bunk beds, and another game room with a sleep sofa. Plenty of space for friends and family to gather. The front exterior of the home is monitored by an outdoor camera.

Family vacation

We had a wonderful time. There were 9 of us and there was plenty of room. It had great access to the beach and beautiful views from the patio and top deck, which had great lounging chairs and an area to eat outside. Ella was super responsive and helpful. The house is located on a very quiet end of the beach away from any crowds. Would love to visit again!

Spectacular views!

This was a lovely location and our host, Eila, was very responsive and helpful. The home has lots of space - and everything you need is there waiting for you. Please note - the currents are very strong on the northern tip of the island, so swimming is not ideal. But the beach itself was lovely with white powdery sand. It was a wonderful week - loved it.

Zoe by the Sea

We had not been to Topsail for several years, since we moved to TN. It was absolutely wonderful. The house was newly remodeled and they did a wonderful job. The house is very spacious. The views are fantastic with the bay on one side and the ocean on the other side. Oceanfront view was wonderful. Plenty of beach, plenty of room. We were not crowded on the beach at all and we fished and caught trout, grouper, mangrove snapper, and a lizard fish. I highly recommend this house and we will definitely be booking it again.

Great location but no entertainment

Location was perfect! No I’m-house entertainment. None of the TV’s worked. I took my two young kids and after the beach time, they had nothing to look forward to. Cleanliness was ok. Kitchen dishes were very dirty to a point that we ended up washing them all before using any of them. Bathroom were not properly cleaned. None of the bathroom doors would lock. Beds were clean and comfortable.

Family vacay trip

Amazing extended weekend stay with family and friends. The home was modern, clean and everything was thought of for guests. We were told that none of the TV’s worked which was not the case (you have to bring something to hook up to it such as a streaming stick, DVD player, etc….) the other 2 TV’s you have to login to your own streaming apps like HULU, Netflix, Disney, etc…) however we came to enjoy time at the beach and unplug. We played games like UNO, Scrabble, and enjoyed the amazing porches both at sunrise and sunset. The beach was AMAZING!!!!!!!

Very lovely place!

This was a fantastic home, and the new owner clearly put a lot of thought into the recent refurbishment. Much of the home looks very modern, and it was quite clean. The location is great. All around, you can see wonderful views of water. The owner is terrific at communication, and was very responsive to some of our questions. The beds were very comfortable, unlike a lot of other homes at Topsail that we have stayed at in the past. We have no complaints and highly recommend this location. However, those staying at this property should be aware that the beach is right near the inlet to the intercoastal waterway. During the in between time of high and low tide, the rip currents can be quite fierce. Those with small children, like us, are probably best off staying close to the shore. Fortunately, the water stays rather shallow and there are lots of lovely pools that are around throughout the day. All in all, a wonderful place. Thank you for letting us rent your home!

Quiet and relaxing

Great layout of rooms for extended family vacation. Stunning views and a quiet beach. Liked being in N Topsail quiet and convenient. Very responsive owner who made everything easy and relaxed. Hope to return soon.
