Please refrain from taking linens, towels, pillows or anything else provided other than the complimentary toiletries. Any evidence of pets, smoking, broken, damaged or missing items may result in a fee. We pride ourselves on providing our guest with exceptional service and would like to continue!

We offer flexible early check-in is upon request/availability but not guaranteed. we'll be glad to provide early check-in whenever possible, just please verify first if early check-in is available, sometimes we have guests checking out that same day, so we'll need a few hours in between reservations to ensure the place is cleaned and sanitized for you. Rest assured we will never rent you an unclean environment. We truly appreciate your patience and your business.

We want our guests to feel at home and enjoy the condo and amenities to the fullest but all we ask is that you please treat the place and neighbors with respect just like you would in your own home. No Smoking, No Parties, No Loud Music/Noise/illegal Activities etc. Such behaviors will not be tolerated and can lead to cancellation without a refund.
