This stunning home is the ideal spot for entertaining and relaxing all within 20 miles of downtown Austin. The Getaway was specifically designed to accommodate large groups, sleeping up to 18 guests. This spacious 7 bedroom, 3800 square foot house features a brand new heated pool and hot tub, outdoor grill, covered patio lounge area, large living room with big screen TV and completely open floor plan. There is an incredible game room with arcade games like classic Pacman as well as Big Buck Hunter, Golden Tee and Cruis’n Blast Driving Arcade. Whether exploring Austin and the surrounding area or just looking for a place to gather with friends and family, The Getaway offers something everyone will love.

About the space
The Getaway was remodeled with a focus on a comfortable and luxurious lifestyle. This 2-story house boasts expansive windows with views of the outdoor patio and pool area. The brand new heated pool and hot tub also includes a suntanning shelf with gentle waterfall. Whether sunbathing on the deck chairs, relaxing under the trees or taking a dip in the pool, the backyard offers a spot for fun and relaxation. Relax under the covered patio while firing up the propane grill. The game room is completely decked out with poker table and the ultimate arcade game experience including:

The easy flowing floor plan makes this house ideal for gathering large groups together. The plush and comfortable living room allows for plenty of natural light to come in a bank of windows overlooking the backyard. There is plenty of room to gather around the large screen TV to watch a game or favorite show. The kitchen is completely open with bar seating and breakfast table. The kitchen bar adds extra prep and serving space with easy access to the 5-burner gas range and oven. The kitchen also includes a microwave, crockpot, toaster, blender, drip coffeemaker and Kuerig.

With 7 bedrooms sleeping up to 18 guests, each room is a peaceful place to rest and recharge. The master bedroom upstairs boasts a king bed as well as a cozy seating area. The attached master bathroom is a private spa retreat with a stand alone bathtub and huge walk-in shower. The bedroom downstairs is a queen-size bed with desk area.

Guest Access
Before arriving guests will be given private code for the front door to let themselves in anytime after check-in.

HOUSE LIMITATIONS: While we love to celebrate special occasions, the property does not operate as a venue. Reservations are for overnight accommodations only. No guests under 25 (without parent or legal guardian). No parties or events. No Bachelor parties.
