Pensacola Beach Condo w/ Great Views (F12)
Perfectly situated on the quieter west end of Pensacola Beach this 3rd floor walk-up sits on the Pensacola Bay and is a 5 minute walk to the Gulf of Mexico. It’s our first season of hosting guests and we would love to have you. Our condo is less than 1/2 mile to Peg Leg Pete’s - a Pensacola Beach favorite restaurant. If you want a night-out, the Casino Beach and Boardwalk area has more than 10 restaurants and bars and is less than 2 miles away.
Kick back, dip your toes in the sand, grab your glass of wine (or bourbon) and relax in this calm, beach condo. A quick escape from the crazy of everyday.
The unit is F12, located on the 3rd floor, corner unit. Yes, you will need to walk up 3 flights of stairs, but the privacy (only 4 units per floor) and direct view of the water from the front and back balconies are worth it!
With a balcony overlooking the Bay, the condo sleeps 6. The primary bedroom features a king bed, second bedroom with a queen, and the living room has a queen sofa bed.
If you enjoy cooking during your vacation, you’ll be set in our fully equipped kitchen.

A security camera is located in the front entrance of the unit for the safety of our guests. We have one, actively recording camera overlooking the front porch, which records video and audio. The device is located on the exterior of the property.
No smoking allowed, of any kind.

This property is in the quiet end of Pensacola Beach and closer to Fort Pickens. It is perfect for families and for a couples beach getaway. There's a beach area on the bay, which make it very easy to bring the kids. It is only a 5-minute walk to the beach, which makes it even better! You don't have to deal with parking in the busier part of the beach.
