Welcome to "Idle Wave," your perfect vacation getaway nestled in the heart of Pensacola Beach. Our professionally designed three-story condo offers the ultimate beach experience, mere steps from the pristine sugar-white dunes and crystal-clear waters of both the Gulf and Sound beaches. Whether you're a water enthusiast or a sun seeker, this tranquil oasis promises vacation vibes you'll wish would never end.

Accommodating up to 8 guests, "Idle Wave" features a thoughtfully designed, light filled modern layout. On the first floor, you'll discover the primary bedroom, complete with a plush king-sized bed and a full bath boasting a relaxing jacuzzi tub and shower. Step out onto your private balcony to relax and bask in panoramic Gulf views. Adjacent to this, the Kids' "Bunk Room" awaits, offering bunk beds, a twin "boat" bed, and a twin trundle bed, along with an ensuite full bath featuring a walk-in shower.

On the middle level, culinary adventures await in the fully equipped kitchen, while a built-in ice maker at the wet bar ensures your beverages stay chilled. Grill up fresh seafood from Joe Patti's on the electric grill located on the second Gulf-front balcony, just off the living room. For moments of tranquility, head to the solarium, complete with wicker swivel chairs and a telescope to admire the stars or the sparkling Gulf waters. Sink into the plush, slipcovered sofa and enjoy family movie nights on the HD flatscreen TV with an Atmos soundbar. Upstairs on the loft level, a queen bedroom offers soundside views and an ensuite full bathroom with a tub and shower.

Located on the peaceful sound side of the island, Palm Beach Club condos offer easy access to the Gulf Beach just steps away. Positioned as the last development before Fort Pickens, Park West public beaches provide covered pavilions with picnic tables and grills, public bathrooms with showers, and access to the Escambia County snorkel reef. The Pensacola Beach Free Trolley, running from late May to Labor Day, conveniently stops directly across the street. Additionally, wide bike lanes traverse the length of the island, making exploration a breeze. Launch a kayak or paddleboard from the soundside Park West beach, or search for hermit crabs and other treasures in the calm sound waters.

During the summer high season (May - August), we may require a 7-night minimum stay, with rentals from Saturday to Saturday. Make "Idle Wave" your home away from home and embark on an unforgettable Pensacola Beach vacation.

A signed rental agreement, government ID and security deposit is required for all bookings. HOA requires booking guests be 25 years or older.

**Island Life means you'll experience true coastal living! While this provides stunning Gulf views and refreshing sea breezes, please be aware that: local wildlife, such as sharks, jelly fish, biting insects, palmetto bugs, bears (yes, bears) and snakes are active in the area. Natural elements like sand are part of the beach environment and may find their way into the home.

*The HOA pool is heated seasonally and is subject to the daily temperature changes. The pool is not heated during the very coldest months, typically December & January. This is determined by weather temperatures and an exact schedule cannot be provided.

Coastal weather can be unpredictable, sometimes leading to brief power or water outages. We highly encourage our guests to consider Travel Insurance, especially if you have any concern that a cancellation might be necessary due to personal events, travel interruptions, health, or weather.
