This 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom villa sleeps up to 10 guests, with plenty of room to make yourself at home. Our sun-kissed master bedroom provides the perfect retreat after a day of golf or relaxing by the pool. Floor-to-ceiling windows look out over a water feature reminiscent of a desert oasis. Open the windows to illuminate the expansive room with brilliant desert sunlight. The king bed includes a plush pillowtop mattress and expensive bedding to ensure that you sleep like a baby every night of your stay. The master bathroom is equally spacious, with two vanities and a walk-in closet.
The other 3 bedrooms boast their own king beds, also with luxury bedding. One bedroom has an attached bath; the other 2 bedrooms share a bathroom. You'll enjoy ample storage space for your luggage and thoughtful accent pieces that create an elegant yet home-like atmosphere.
Wicket Lane has 2 full-size living areas. The largest is located just inside the foyer and includes a gas fireplace for cozy nights together. Looking for a more lively space? Retreat to the other living area, where a TV, gas fireplace, and attached billiards room make it the perfect hangout for active teens or a group of guys watching Sunday's game.
The home's two dining areas and spacious, well-stocked kitchen are the definition of luxury. The kitchen is absolutely enormous, with stainless steel appliances, marble countertops, and a huge island! If you don't feel like cooking, ask about our private chef, who is happy to serve you at your leisure.
Outdoors you'll find plenty of seating for your group by the sparkling pool. Lounge in the shaded cabana or work on your tan in the year-round desert sunshine. The outdoor living area includes multiple umbrellas for added shade, a gas barbecue, a spa, and a verdant lawn area where kids can play together.

Guests enjoy full access to Wicket Lane, including the spacious outdoor area and refreshing pool. You're also welcome to use the gas fireplaces in each of the two living rooms. We want you to feel at home!
You'll have Wicket Lane all to yourself. Our dedicated concierge lives just a few miles away and is available 24/7 if any issues arise. Other than that, we'll stay out of your way so you can enjoy all this elegant home has to offer!
Wicket Lane is nestled on a quiet cul-de-sac in Indio, a small community just outside of Palm Springs. The villa has a very private feel, as your only neighbors are other luxury properties on their own large lots.
We are centrally located in Indio, just a 10-minute walk from the Empire Polo Club. Some of the desert's best restaurants and shops are just a short drive away. Nearby attractions include Shields Date Garden, El Paseo Shopping District, the Living Desert Zoo, and Old Town La Quinta. The House is ideal for golf groups, with 7 premiere courses less than a 15-minute drive away. We do recommend renting a car during your stay, to access all that Palm Springs has to offer.
HOUSE RULES:
CITY LAW NOW PROHIBITS MUSIC AND PARTIES
Indio city ordinance 95C effectively prohibits parties and any kind of noise (including from portable speakers) in the backyard of vacation rentals. This order is in effect 24/7.
Normal noise levels (normal conversation, kids splashing in the pool, low music) are fine. However, noise above this level and any amplified music will likely prompt complaints.
Any fines (from the city or HOA) are the responsibility of the guest.
Note that noise violations, parties, etc. are a breach of the rental agreement, which gives Desert VIP Services the right to enter the property without notice. We also reserve the right to evict guests in response to a violation of the rental agreement.
ADDITIONAL GUESTS
Your rental agreement will specify how many guests you are contracted to bring. Any additional guests require prior written approval.
Overnight guests beyond what is listed, in addition to being pre-approved, must pay an extra fee. Discovery of additional persons at the property without prior approval will result in eviction and forfeiture of security deposit.
Overnight Parking is not permitted on the street. All vehicles parked at the home must be in the driveway.
Trash must remain out of public view, except when it is in the proper containers for the purpose of trash removal by the city.
AGE MINIMUMS
While we welcome guests of all ages, the person signing the rental agreement must be at least 25. We reserve the right to decline or cancel a booking if the age minimum is not met.
CONFETTI & POOL HEATING
Please note that water balloons and confetti are not allowed on the property. We have had problems with these items getting into the pool and landscaping, and they are very difficult to remove. We ask that you leave them at home.
Note that the pool is heated only upon request and for an additional daily fee (not included in the rental rate). We need at least 24 hours to get the pool up to temperature, so please let us know before your stay if you would like this service. Pool heating is highly recommended October through April.
SMOKING
Smoking tobacco and or cannabis INSIDE the home is strictly prohibited. Please only smoke outside.
