The view will be hard to pass up in this lovely 5th-floor condo with a panoramic balcony! If you’re into watching the sunrise and set on the Emerald Coast, then look no further. This condo features a double master with two king beds and a bunk room with two queen beds. You can comfortably sleep eight guests with no complaints! If your only plans are beach activities, then all you must do is utilize the beach valet right outside. The valet offers chair rentals, Jet skiing, parasailing, and more! The heated beachside pool and hot tub are great place to relax if you’re looking to lay low. When fun in the sun is done for the day, you won’t have to travel far to find great dining and other family activities. This unit is located just a few miles from all the excitement Panama City Beach has to offer.

Beautiful Ocean View Condo

Loved our condo and the beautiful view. (Awesome and spacious Balcony) Our host was very attentive and always responded promptly when we had a question. The only drawback to this property is the parking garage. Specifically the spot that is delegated for this unit, however we were made aware of it prior to our arrival. Other than that we enjoyed our stay very much.

The condo was very nice. Furniture was average. The view was wonderful. Parking was subpar and the dryer was not working properly, Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and I would recommend others to stay there,

Great beach views

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a party of 5 people and there was plenty of room for all of us in this 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo. The balcony is very spacious and the views are amazing. The condo was clean and very up to date. The beds, couch and lounger was all very comfortable. There was always plenty of hot water for everyone which was nice not having to wait to take showers. I loved that this condo is was on the fifth floor, they only had one working elevator but most of the time this wasn’t a problem. The parking spot was on the second level so we ended up taking the stairs just for the exercise anyways. We used several of the amenities including the pool, hot tub, the grills and the sauna. Everything was nice and well maintained. They have a really small gym but we ended up getting a pass at a bigger gym for the week. This condo is in walking distance of shops, restaurants, and even Walmart. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location!

It was a great location on the beach! We walked to Walmart almost every today for any groceries. Being in the 5th floor was nice because we could also take the stairs if necessary. One elevator was being repaired so that was nice. For cleanliness, we found an empty water bottle in the couch cushions, hair rubber bands on the bathroom floors and jewelry in the chair. After a few days, we asked for more paper towels and the owner questioned it. There were 6 of us and only one kitchen towel and no napkins. Paper towels weee the cheap ones from Walmart so they go much faster. She had someone bring a roll.

Beautiful beach!!!

This condo is even more beautiful in person. It is super clean and has the best views!! The porch is absolutely amazing and big!! All of the rooms were a great size!! We were completely happy here and will be coming back in the future!! Thank you for sharing your condo with us!!

Almost perfect!

Everything was perfect except the parking situation. The parking map to the designated spot was inaccurate and confusing. The designated spot is extremely hard to get in and out of unless you drive a small vehicle. Next time I’d just park in the overflow parking across the street, which is what we ended up doing after the first day. Not convenient but much less stressful. The condo was perfect and the agency that managed the property was very responsive to text messages and questions. We had a great time and would definitely book here again in the future!
