The place was perfect, beautiful view, decor was georgous and the walk to the beach just a few minutes. I would recommend to anyone and hope when I come back to get the same condo. Thank you for the prompt action on getting a parking pass for us and we made amazing memories

Overall good- some poor communication after

Overall good stay. Check in was a breeze, parking across with walkway was convenient. Condo had everything we needed. Nice beach views. Condo came with 6 wristbands for access. Mostly clean but we did find a food wrapper on the floor by the couch that was not ours. Many things to do in the area but did have to drive to most places, not a lot within walking distance. I left a pair of Birkenstock shoes in the condo (I am 100% sure they were left there). I asked if they were found because I had a friend still staying in the same building for another week that could pick them up. I was told they would check with housekeeping and I did not hear back. I followed up again 2 days later & was told they would ask again weekends are very busy right now and the lost & found storage was not on premises. This was Wednesday. I still had not heard anything back on Friday and emailed again, with no response as of today (Saturday). I do understand it is my fault for leaving them but disappointed in the lack of communication on this, especially since I had someone that could have grabbed them for me while they were still there. Other than that, the stay was good and would recommend.

Quiet treasure

very close to Walmart, pineapple Willies and Shipwreck Island, but not overly busy with traffic. The condo was decorated cute, and supplied with all the necessities of a home away from home. The balcony furniture was very good, one of the chaise lounges was broken, but still plenty of room for our family to eat breakfast together every morning. Really loved having two queen beds in the second bedroom, Still plenty of room to move around in there, The tv was too small in second bedroom, grandson was a little disappointed in that. My husband and i are used to king beds in the master suite, but the queen bed was comfortable. overall i would definitely rent this condo again!

Beautiful place

Loved staying here. The beach chairs were a big plus. We were also able to rent another set of chairs next to them. Awesome house. Very clean and AC was in well working order. The view from balcony was great to watch the sunsets over the water!!

Great condo & communication!

This condo is clean, comfy, & has an AWESOME balcony. The furniture was sturdy, yet beachy, and comfortable. Trident was good about communicatint about parking, check-in, and guidelines. When we realized no parking permit was left for us, Dale drove over to deliver one. Having the beach chairs included was a big plus, and the guys who set them up are great. At Ocean Villa, they won't let people put tents in FRONT of the chairs. Hallelujah to that. There were areas for tents, both in back of beach chairs and to the side, however. Overall, a very nice place, and very well-managed.

Super clean, great view

The view can't be beat. Great location. Parking across the street in the garage was easier than i thought it would be. Bridge over traffic was great and being able to go straight to Hutchison road and skip traffic on front beach road made going out really easy.

Worst beds we’ve ever slept on

The beds inside the room were absolutely terrible and need to be changed ASAP! They were like sleeping on boards and the pillows were clearly the cheapest the owners can get away with purchasing. We were also told that we would get a text telling us to check in prior to be able to. A text we never received. We just showed up an hour after our scheduled time and we’re able to check in. So we basically last an hour because of the owners bad communication. We also did not locate our parking pass that was supposed to be on the property and the company representative was rude to both of us. She acted like we were bothering them. The cleaning of the room was also very lackluster. They touted that they were cleaning extra thoroughly because of COVID but we found several toys and other items underneath the couch and even beds. You can stay here if you want but there are definitely better customer service at other places. No doubt.

Fun, clean and good access to beach but not a beach community

The beach and condo were very nice but the town is very cheesy and has a spring break vibe….not family or sophisticated. If you stick with the condo and beach and go to 30 A beaches for dining and boutiques you will enjoy it much better.

We enjoyed our stay. We had some small issues with listed supplies in the beginning, but management corrected it very quickly. We enjoyed the property as well as the beautiful view from our room. I highly recommend this property.
