Located in the iconic Mauna Kea Resort, Waiulaula Villa, J201 is the epitome of paradise!
Just a short drive to Hawaii Island's best beaches, Mauna Kea and Westin Hapuna Beach Resort, world-class golf courses, and more! As a guest, you will have an opportunity to enjoy all the resort offers while having the privacy of a luxury condo.
This second floor has three-bedrooms; three-bathroom sleeps six. The first two primary bedrooms have a private ensuite with separate showers and soaking tubs. They each have a smart TV to stream their favorite shows. The guest room has twin beds that can be converted into a king, along with a smart TV. Just off the guest room is a bathroom with a stand-up shower. You can also use the large washer and dryer.
The kitchen has high-end appliances, including a subzero refrigerator and gas cooktop. The indoor dining area has seating for six, plus two barstools along the kitchen island.
The living room opens to the lanai with stunning views of the golf course, ocean, and harbor. You will enjoy meals prepared at the outdoor grill, and your drinks will remain chilled from the miniature subzero refrigerator.
Waiulaula guests have access to the community amenity center, saltwater infinity pool, hot tub, shaded barbecue and picnic area, and fitness center.

Guests also may take advantage of Mauna Kea and Westin Hapuna Beach Resorts amenities for an additional daily fee, this is set up directly with the resort after your reservation has been made. Benefits include golf, tennis, spa, luaus, dining, and more!

Beautiful development and layout with nice features. Unit has some wear and tear and was lacking some of the basic stock items. Excellent customer service from the renting agency that was responsive to our requests.

Great stay for family

Perfect for 6 adults. Lots of space and overlooking the golf course and ocean. Paid for access to the resort which is beautiful. Nice to have private access to beach and resort amenities. Will book again.

Mostly good

The Wai-ula-ula condos are an excellent choice on the Big Island. Everything was fine except the twin beds in the third bedrooom are very uncomfortable and need to be replaced and the dryer needed to be unplugged and plugged a few times to get it to work. Other than that, everything else was very good.

Perfect adult family vacation

The condo and property were perfect for our stay. We cooked a couple of nights and found the kitchen to be supplied with everything we needed. Loved having beach chairs for our beach/hike excursion. The beach pass to the Mauna Kea and Hapuna prince is worth the extra $$$. We would definitely love to rent this place again!

Stay for son’s wedding

We could not use the Master bath shower as it was leaking. Some of the furniture was stained and needs cleaned or replaced. Overall was nice place to stay with 3 couples. View of the ocean is partially blocked by the next building but was still nice. We bought the facility passes for access to the beaches at the resorts. Found out they have public access right beside it. Save the money if you’re not needing anything but beach access.

Excellent choice for a family vacation

Property was very nice, spacious and well located on the golf course, which was quiet and peaceful. But with paid access to MK beach club, golf, etc. we had all the activities our group wanted. Excellent Kona vacation spot.

Best family vacation!

Perfect place for our Christmas family vacation! We had the best time here and couldn’t ask for better location. Minutes to Mauna Kea and Westin resorts where we enjoyed all the amenities (for extra charge). Thank you for setting up the resort program for us! Beautiful beaches, pools and gyms. Amazing restaurants too. Very clean and spacious 3 bedroom condo for the 5 of us and well stocked kitchen with very nice appliances. More than enough space for all of us. Loved sitting on the deck with a beautiful ocean view. Also appreciated the bathroom products and yummy gift basket. Lovely gated neighborhood with pool and gym couple minutes walk away. Definitely will stay here again and hope to be back soon!
