Just 20min to NYC! LibertySuite is a custom designed fully furnished luxury 1bd 1ba apt in Jersey City's trendiest area Bergen Lafayette aka. BeLa. Full size bed & full size sofa sleeps 4 comfortably. Fully equipped modern kitchen, spa like bathroom w/glass shower, top of the line linens & towels, work space for busy professionals, washer & dryer, (2) 50" tvs, cable, wifi, nest, 10min to Hoboken, 15min. to Newark Airport, . Walk to Liberty State Park (Statue of Liberty), paddle boarding, kayaking, biking, running, waterfront, ferry, marina, restaurants, bars, cafes, hospitals. Great for Traveling Pros ie. Nurses, Digital Nomads, etc.
***PLEASE NOTE***: We (The Hosts) are an active fit couple, we work from home, and we wake up between 5am-6am. We workout in the mornings. We have a rescue dog named Gigi who is always leashed and loves people. She plays off and on throughout the day until about 9pm during the week and later on the weekends if we are entertaining.
***NOISE***: If you are looking for an “extremely quiet” place to stay or you are “sensitive to noise” and turn in early and/or sleep in late, we politely ask you to not book our place. If you are a student and need quiet time to study you have a few options. Go to school, a local cafe or to the new modern public Library just a couple blocks away. Otherwise this rental is not for you. Our living room and kitchen are above the rental unit so guest will hear us walking around, might hear our music, our dog playing and or us entertaining guests. Our neighborhood Bergen Lafayette, is not in the suburbs. We live in an active, fun, diverse and walkable community just minutes from downtown JC and NYC. ***WE ONLY BOOK FOR 3months max at a time to make sure we enjoy our guests. If everything is working out we will extend. PLEASE DO NOT INQUIRE ABOUT A DISCOUNT***

We love diversity, culture, art, creatives. We can't live without good food, music, warm weather, and a beach/pool. Favorite travel destinations so far Dubai, Greece, Mexico (Tulum), Colombia & South Africa. We typically travel together but love when friends join. No matter where or with who #1 is cleanliness #2 access and security (safe area) #3 high speed internet, wifi, bluetooth etc. and #4 location to transportation, shopping, dining and nightlife.
So as Host we want to provide the same great experience for solo travelers, couples and groups alike! We look forward to hosting and welcoming all guest in our hometown of Jersey City!
