Welcome to your fabulous beach vacation. This condo is the perfect location for taking part in nearby golf, fishing, and beach adventures. At home, relax on the furnished balcony, catch up on your favorite TV shows while lounging on the sofa, and cook meals together in the well-appointed kitchen. There’s seating for four at the breakfast bar, or eat outside and enjoy your view of Little River. This beach themed oasis includes three bedrooms, each with their own TV.

    The property was perfect for our family of 8. The decor was beautiful and well updated. Very clean and spacious. The view of the river was amazing to wake up to and very relaxing at night. The only thing missing that was needed was hot pads for the oven and maybe some utensils for the grill. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be going back!

    Beautiful!

    The stay was perfect! The place was clean and as described. We loved the location, it was beautiful. My only suggestion would be is to have the option to chat by text with questions, that option was not available. Overall, it was wonderful!

    Beautiful home/relaxing quiet location

    We loved our stay. This home is beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable. We can tell also loved by the owner. The furniture is quality pieces, even down to the sweet coffee mugs with cute reminders to enjoy your day.The beds were the most comfortable we've ever slept in besides our own😊The community is lovely and quiet and close to restaurants and shopping. Met some great people at the pool from other states. Grounds/pool very well maintained. We will definitely be back.

    Absolute Perfection!

    G-16 is absolute perfection! From the moment we walked in, it felt like home. We chose our bedrooms and settled in quickly. The view of the harbor from the screened-in balcony was incredible, with boats coming and going, and the quiet, peaceful surroundings couldn't have been better. It was completely phenomenal! During our 12-hour drive home, the four of us discussed coming back next year, perhaps for an entire month if possible! The only minor issue was a loose handle on the glass door. Other than that, our only complaint is that we couldn't stay longer this time.

    Little River is a Great Location

    Great location - close to beaches, yet quiet and secure. Decor was top notch, beds and furniture were all comfortable. Washer/Dryer large enough for good sized loads. However, you need to bring your own basic items, including trash can liners and toilet paper with you when you come. The only coffee “pot” is a Keurig, so you must bring k-cups with you. There isn’t even salt & pepper in the kitchen. We did have to contact the “management” a few times. It was difficult to use the lock box that held the key card entry into the parking area. The management is offsite. Supposedly, a request was put in to bring us a trash can liner and some paper towels, but we never saw any during our stay. There is a Dollar store fairly close that solved a few of our problems, but delayed us from the beach. We enjoyed the property and loved the location, but felt it lacked basic supplies and onsite management.

At Vacasa, we provide a starter supply of essential items such as toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and trash can liners. However, once these items run out, guests are responsible for replenishing them. We also recommend bringing any specific items you might need, such as K-cups for the Keurig coffee maker, as we do not stock food items or spices like salt and pepper in the home. We understand that the offsite management and the difficulty with the lockbox were frustrating. We strive to make our check-in process as smooth as possible and will review your feedback to improve our instructions and support for future guests. We appreciate your understanding and hope to have the opportunity to host you again, providing an even better experience.
