This place was sufficient for our needs. When we arrived ,however, there was a layer of dust all over the main bedroom dresser and the bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned. The small pantry in the kitchen was also dirty and the door to that pantry could have used updating. There was not a good variety of pots and pans or other kitchen ware-only a hodgepodge that was incomplete. The internet didn’t work initially and the password was written wrong in the unit. I will say the property managers did try to quickly remedy the cleanliness and internet issue.

Great place! Clean, perfect location. The only thing I did not like was the back sliding door did not lock. Other than that, it was perfect!

Everything was great! The only thing that bothered us was the balcony door did not lock, but the room is on the second floor and we didn’t have any issues.

We had a group of 4 of us that went to stay the weekend and enjoy crab island. This location was perfect for us as we was able to get places without needing to sit in traffic. The stay itself was very clean and simple, checking in was smooth and unbothered. Will stay here again!!

Not up to par

The property is in an old 1950s or 1960s complex. The kitchen cabinets are original to the complex. Many of the lights didn't work. Only one light out of 3 worked above the vanity. All the furniture was old and dated. There eas a sign on the bedroom closet door that said owners closet please don't open. The back balcony door did not lock or have any latch. When I called to ask about the balcony, I was told no need to worry about it because someone would need an aerial ladder to get in the 2nd floor unit. No interior door closed well or locked. There also wasn't a booklet to tell you wifi codes or any other pertinent information. The pictures on line were taken in such a way to make it look like an up to date unit which it is not. There also were 2 five star reviews which we wondered if they were legitimate. This is definitely a rental that someone is not willing to invest money in.
