This is a cape cod style house from 1940 and the stairs are not very wide

~ North Shore Cottage Details and Amenities ~

Kitchen: It is well equipped with utensils, pots, pans, hand mixer, coffee maker(Keurig & regular), spices, oil, vinegar etc. along with all the appliances you will need for your vacation including a dishwasher (complimentary pods).

Laundry: For your convenience there is a washer and a dryer (complimentary pods & dryer sheets).

Living room: The living area is off the kitchen and the kitchen/dining area is on the first level. You will find plenty of comfortable seating (2 chairs and a sofa for 3). The living room has a large 55’ Smart TV that you can use to log into your streaming services (please don’t forget to log out when you leave).

Bedrooms:
ALL bedrooms have BLACKOUT curtains
Bedroom 1: First floor bedroom on the left as you step in the house has a twin size bed along with a nightstand and a 2 cube storage
Bedroom 2: The second bedroom is right next to the bathroom and has a queen size bed with two nightstands and a closet. This room also has a 50’ Smart TV .
Bedroom 3: Second floor bedroom with one twin size bed and a nightstand and an open cubby
Bedroom 4: Second floor bedroom with two twin size beds and nightstands and 4 open cubbies.

Bathroom: Located on the first floor next to Bedroom 2. It has a tub-shower combination and we provide a hair dryer, traveling/hotel and regular size shampoo and conditioner, toiletries, hand, face, bath towels.

Wifi: Free Wifi

~ Outdoor features ~
Deck: Here’s where the RELAXing moments happen. The deck behind the house comfortably seats 4-6 people and it is great for drinking your morning coffee or enjoying your meal outside.

Patio: STORY time and FIREside chats take place here. After a day at the beach, come and enjoy yourself at the fire pit surrounded by Adirondack chairs.
