Recently renovated, this beautiful home is 2 miles to downtown St. Joseph 1/2 a mile to the beaches. 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, sleeps 8 (1 king sized bed, 2 queen sized beds, and 2 twin beds). Brand new kitchen complete with 6 gas burner stove and 36 inch range, drawer microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and large capacity washer and dryer. Jetted tub, gas fireplace, large lawn, deck, and open floor plan.

This home sits on half an acre and has a propane outdoor grill, an outdoor fire pit with seating for you and your guests, and a small deck with seating for 4. The property is treated every 3 weeks for mosquitoes, so outdoor use in the evenings is enjoyable. A Tesla charger in the garage is available upon special request.

We provide 8 beach towels, 8 beach chairs, and 2 beach umbrellas to use during your stay so you can pack a little less for your vacation.

This home affords both privacy and convenience being close to town, but not in the middle of the crowds. Located across the road from the Jack Nicklaus golf course, Harbor Shores, and is surrounded by wineries and breweries in the local area. Kayak, paddle board, and scooter rentals are a 3 min drive away as well as excellent restaurants. Enjoy Silver Beach, The Carousel, Whirlpool fountains, and so much more only a 3 minute drive. You can enjoy it all from this beautiful, quiet space!

This property was so clean. It was fully equipped with everything we needed for a week long family getaway. We especially appreciated the beach towels and chairs. This really is a special place with everything needed for a great beach experience. The host was so attentive! The local beach was perfect for quick trips to the beach. Centrally located to everything! We hope to stay here again!!

This home is one of the best I have ever stayed in. It’s beautiful, very well kept, quiet, comfortable and the host was warm and welcoming. We love to cook and this kitchen has every single gadget and tool you could ever need, as well as high end appliances. The beds are so comfortable we actually slept in every morning! Wish I could rate it higher than 5 stars. We will definitely check here first for our future trips.

It was a perfect house for 6 adults and 2 children. Plenty of room for all to spread out and the location with a quick drive to Rocky Gap Beach was great. The kids loved the beach(their first time at a beach). Have the beach chairs and towels was a wonderful bonus....thank you!

The home was beautiful and clean. It was close to St. Joseph and the beaches. The kitchen was fully stocked with all accessories needed for our meals and the owner was quick to respond to any questions we had. We loved having 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms for 6 adults and 2 toddlers. Toys, beach chairs, and beach towels were provided. Would definitely stay here again! Everyone loved it!!!!

Great family get away

We played pickle ball, went to nearby beaches and hung around with the family by the fire pit and cooked all our meals in a well equipped kitchen. The place was very clean and the owner was wonderful to work with.

Great stay

House was incredible clean, comfortable and spacious. More than enough room for 7 adults. It worked out as an excellent substitute for hotel rooms when coming to town for a family wedding.

Family Get a way

We were very impressed with the property and all the essential needs plus! Very stocked! A pleasant surprise! However the air conditioning was very cold in the basement! Would also suggest getting higher toilets… we are over 50!!!

Family Beach Vacation
