Private and Quiet Beach House!

Hi Everyone! Welcome to our Beach House located in the heart of Emerald Isle, walking distance to restaurants, piers, entertainment and the beach! Whether you are ready to hit the town or grab some amazing seafood and cook at home, Emerald Isle had tons to offer! We renovated the bathrooms, master bedroom as of April 2022, all mattresses and furniture in 2022 and just put in a fully new central AC system as of April 2023 and a brand new kitchen 2024!

This was our third stay at this property. Hosts are very friendly, and you can tell they really care about their guests. The house has everything you need for a great week at the beach!! We appreciate the extras that you usually don’t find in a rental home. Quiet neighborhood, close to the beach, food, and shopping, and several ice cream options! We’ll be looking to book again next Summer!

Great stay!

This is a nice property in an excellent location. Very quiet neighborhood with convenient access to the beach via a private parking lot. The kitchen is well-equipped and you are minutes from the grocery stores. Thanks for a great stay!

Perfect for our family!

This was our second year staying in this rental. We love it! The house has everything we need and then some for a great week at the beach. It’s spacious, clean, and just lovely. The owners are super friendly and I appreciate their courteous communication. We plan to book a third visit next summer!

Great!

We really loved the house- simple and cozy. It had everything we could need and then some. (Paper products, extra towels, beach accessories, indoor and outdoor games, detergents, and more). The location is convenient to the beach, restaurants, and stores. We’d be interested in renting again in the future!

Emerald isle

Stayed at this property for labor day weekend. Great location, house comes with a parking area near the beach that we used with ease. We're a family of 5 and we fit comfortably. The hosts provide beach gear that came in handy for our weekend. Definitely recommend.

Quaint and Quiet

Property location was close to everything you may need, can access either on foot or short car rides. II was equipped with everything I needed for a quick weekend getaway with a surprise addition of a home gym which we utilized early mornings. The manager was friendly and easily accessible for quick questions.

Great Location and Hosts

Melissa was amazing with responding to any questions I had. The house was in a great location for beaches and restaurants. The bathrooms are newly renovated and quite nice. Almost everything I needed to cook and clean, etc. was readily available in abundance. Having a barbecue/grill was important and the one on the back deck was very nice. These are good people working hard to provide a rental that works for families and beach community-lovers, in general.

Peace and quiet bungaloo

The small home was comfortable, but is partially un-remodeled. Kitchen had some new appliances, but we found food in the fridge from previous guests, and no ice maker. Little plastic trays...So 60's. Owner communicated well. Basic supplies such as garbage bags for kitchen were not supplied. Garage had broken gym equipment. Several safety issues were reported to owner, and hopefully will be corrected by now. Location is great for access to Emerald Isle beaches, and other attractions. Overall, if the property remodel is completed, this will be a great house at the lower end of the rental spectrum.

Great place to stay

My family and I needed a long overdue vacation and this house exceeded expectations. The house is close to the beach, restaurants, and shops. I will definitely make this my family's place to stay on our next vacation. I loved everything about the accommodations.

Great soundside house for family of 4

We loved staying here! The house was clean and cozy and was close to everything. There is a soundside pier just around the corner where we watched the sunset each night. Just a great house and location to explore the island and grill out on the back porch. Will book again for sure.

Peaceful, convenient and accommodating

This was a perfect spot for our family of 4 with just enough space, privacy and convenient to the pier, beaches and the sound. Our kids used the garage gym just about daily. The design of the space was simple and easy to use. We walked to the local shops, beach and pier easily without worrying about parking. Easy drive to Beaufort, grocery store and the aquarium. Will look forward to visiting again!

We are a couple that fell in love with Emerald Isle ourselves an decided to buy a vacation home. A little fixing up and its now our favorite getaway that we are excited to share with you!

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

This property is located in a quiet suburb (lots of locals!) but as soon as you walk up the block you are on the bustling main street with tons of fun and restaurants. If you keep walking you will find yourself on the public beach though you could always take the 5 minute drive and park. This place is the best of both worlds, it has the quiet you want to relax or wind down with the kids but it also is full of activity!

Unique benefits include brand new bathrooms, a memory foam mattress in the master, Smart TVs throughout the house, plenty of storage room, a desk area for work, fully stocked brand new kitchen, brand new HVAC and a washer/dryer. The location is the biggest win from our perspective. We love being able to walk to most places and take our time.
