Very Clean, South facing home, overlooking the water by the 13th hole on the Greg Norman Course with double fairway views (13th and 8th fairways) panoramic views of the Santa Rosa Mountains, very large lot with swimming pool, Spa, fire pit, built-in BBQ and more. 4100 SqFt. 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath, upgraded kitchen with new appliances.

Home is located in private gated community of Greg Norman course. 2 car garage. 2 car driveway. No vehicles can be parked on street overnight. Per HOA rules no exterior music. Absolutely No Parties or Events allowed. Home is for families. Pool heat is additional charge. First $300 per month in utilities is covered. This house is a gem! My husband and I enjoyed our stay so much that we didn't want to leave. The house is comfortable, beautifully decorated and fully stocked with quality cookware and utensils. The view is spectacular and the grounds are immaculate. We ate fresh grapefruit every morning! The owner is extremely responsive and takes great pride in the property. This home far exceeds any "typical rental home" and is more like staying in a personal residence. We had several groups of friends come through for short stays and all were equally impressed. It's a wonderful home!

Amazing rental.

Beautifully appointed rental with outstanding landlord. You won’t be disappointed. Communication was above and beyond. Amenities and home were impeccable. Can’t say enough about this place. Trent, you are a true gem.

Amazing stay at an Amazing Home in the desert!

This home on the Greg Norman Course at PGA West was perfect beyond. The sweeping 270 degree views are unmatched set on two fairways. Not another home in sight which offers complete privacy. The interior is very fresh and well appointed with pretty much all new furniture. They even gave us access to a brand new golf cart. Can't go wrong with this home, we are hoping to get back next spring.

What an amazing house and Host!

It is a wonderful property, although the main floor living areas are huge they are very well divided with many areas both inside and outside the house, which permit you to move around and gather at different places as you feel like it - we did a puzzle on one table and played bridge at another. And in addition to those tables, there is a lovely large dining table that was comfortable when we were all together. The outside areas are particularly well set up with comfortable chairs and cushioned furniture and we loved the pool. And the fire pit - it was cool for several days of our stay and sitting out there with the fire pit going was lovely. But what really made our trip great was the positive, efficient and incredibly quick response time of our host, Trent. He was amazing, always available and always happy to sort out whatever little glitch we had. And any glitch we had was small. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and glasses and the appliances seem to be very high end. We have stayed in many VRBO properties over the years and without a doubt, Trent was the very best host we have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Just can't say enough - thanks Trent!

Best house and lot in PGA West!

This gorgeous home is without a doubt on the best lot at PGA West! Absolutely stunning home! Our experience working with Trent was outstanding. He was attentive to our needs and provided details to help us enjoy all the amenities of the home and the PGA West area. Thank you so much for making sure our extended time in La Quinta was as enjoyable as possible. The home feels brand new inside and out. The décor, the amenities and the furnishing are all top of the line. The luxury provided is above and beyond what we usually find in rental homes. The bedding is luxurious, the cooking supplies and services were all plentiful to allow us to create all kinds of meals for our family with plenty of room for serving between the multiple dining areas in and outside of the home. The home is well stocked, and we felt like we had everything we needed to enjoy right away. We relished the size of this home which easily accommodated our entire family and friends for entertainment/meals. There are cozy separate entertainment areas where kids or adults could go watch movies, play games, or entertain as individuals or smaller groups. The pool area is where you really get a feel for the wonderful lot/location this house is on. First, the pool is stunning. You have an infinity pool that looks out directly on the Greg Norman golf course. There is a par 3 green just behind the pool area and looking beyond there is a lake and another golf hole beyond that. Viewing out from the back yard, you cannot see another house. There is no home to the side and that allows a panoramic view of the mountains and golf course. The multiple loungers, patio tables and outdoor grill with pool stools were so great to hang out and spend the day grilling and enjoying drinks in and around the pool/hot tub. In the evening, we often enjoyed gathering around the firepit. This home has everything! My family and I absolutely loved this perfect home and did not want to leave. We had a wonderful time staying here and enjoying the desert life. Thank you, Trent, for all your service and letting us enjoy your beautiful home. We look forward to our return!
