POOL AND SPA HEAT: Pool and Spa heat can be added for USD 35/night (highly recommended for winter months from October-April).

SPA-ONLY heating can be added for just $25 a night. This is recommended during the summer months (May-September) if you would like to enjoy the spa, especially in the evenings/nights.

BBQ GRILL: Flat fee of $85 for your entire stay, subject to availability. One free propane tank included for your convenience!

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

POOL/SPA HEATING:
• It will run from 9am-9pm, set to 86ºF
• Pool heat is relative to outdoor temperature. When weather goes below 60F, pool heat might not reach desired temperature. Pool will not heat to 'bath temperature'.
• Pool and Spa heat run on the same equipment; if you want spa heating, it will need to be added.
•We recommend ensuring pool heat reaches the desired temperature before turning on the Spa
•Pool cleanings are scheduled every week, so you might see our pool staff during your stay.

OUTDOOR POOL PROJECTOR
•It functions effectively at night when there is little to no ambient light outside.

All guests entering the resort, MUST be listed on the booking reservation to gain entry into the resort.

For your convenience, we provide a 'starter pack' consisting of toilet paper, paper towel, toilietries, dishwasher detergent, mini sponge, washer pods, coffee and more!

Guests are responsible for any additional amounts beyond the starter kit. For your convenience, there are two Publix stores within 2 miles radius as well as CVS, Walgreens and other stores closely.

DAILY TRASH PICKUP:
*Trash is picked up between 7 and 8 am every day.
*Make sure to place trash in the brown bin placed by the entry door.

NO TRAILERS, CAMPERS, BUSES OR RVS-
Please note the Champions Gate Resort does not allow Trailers, Buses, Campers or RV's into the property.

QUIET HOURS:
Resort Quiet Hours: Between 10 PM AND 8 AM.

POSTAL SERVICE:
USPS does NOT deliver mail on the property. Only UPS and FEDEX will deliver.
