Walk 3 blocks to Sail Bay, 4 blocks to the ocean, or 2 blocks to downtown PB to eat, shop and nightlife. Parking:
Parking is tandem style in the long driveway for two small cars. Walk 500 steps to the beach!

Note: 3-month minimum. We professionally clean each cottage between guests so your rental is super-clean. All linens, hanging sheers in the bedrooms, duvet covers, mattress pads and pillow covers are professionally cleaned. Remotes and wall switches are sanitized, tile floors cleaned, kitchen and bathroom sanitized, every detail is covered. We provide in your starter kit TP and cleaning supplies for your use. Quiet and respectful guests only. Sorry no smoking, no animals, no sub-let, no property alterations, no parties (unless approved by owner). Kindly read operations manual, house rules and disclosures upon move-in.
