Other Things to Note:

Don't let the fact that we don't have AC deter you from staying with us. The Perch sits high on a mountain, so there is a constant breeze. That said, when the temps are 80 degrees and above, the master bedroom can be warm. We have screens in all the windows, so just open them up and let the night winds come through.



Interaction with Guests:

We are just phone call away and our numbers are posted in the home.



MBR - no overhead light, but there are two lamps. Ceiling fan is adjusted by pull chain.

LR - gas log lighting instructions are on the fireplace mantle.

NO parties allowed and quiet hour in the private community is 10pm.
