Heating and Cooling: Adjust the temperature to your liking (within a reasonable range) with the mini-split's remote controller. Instructions are provided.



River: Please let us know if you want to access the river prior to your check-in date.

⬜ Concrete Floors:

The home has modern concrete floors, which can feel cool during the winter. We recommend packing slippers or cozy socks for extra comfort.



🛜 Wi-Fi:

Wi-Fi is usually stable around 20–25 Mbps, which is suitable for streaming, general browsing, and remote work. Because the home is in a rural countryside setting, brief power or internet interruptions may rarely occur during severe weather.



❄️ Mini-Split AC:

The kitchen mini-split may occasionally make light expansion or contraction sounds. This is normal and does not affect heating or cooling.



👤 Guest Count:

The reservation must include the correct number of guests. The home can host up to 4 guests total.



👥 Extra Guest Fee:

An extra guest fee applies for each guest after 2 guests, up to the 4-guest maximum.



🚷 Unregistered Guests:

A $100 fee will be charged for any unregistered or unlisted guests.
