Inside, everyone can spread out between two spacious floors featuring nautical decor, loads of natural light, and all of the modern comforts you need for a comfortable stay. The open layout of the full kitchen and living area will be ideal for mingling and reminiscing with loved ones as the chef of the group whips up tasty meals on modern appliances. The WiFi and streaming capabilities of the multiple TVs found in each bedroom will make movie nights a no-brainer as well!

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Security camera details: There is a camera pointing at the driveway that records 24/7 but does not record sound. There is a Ring doorbell camera that is on 24/7 and does record sound.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
