Escape to a waterfront vacation rental on Galveston Bay! Enjoy sunsets, private fishing dock, and an arcade for endless entertainment. Located near town and the beach, close to Moody Gardens and golf course. A perfect getaway for relaxation and adventure!
Expansive, large water-front lot/home, on the very desirable Crash Boat Basin.
The Sunsets are gorgeous and the Fishing is Awesome!
Beautiful water views from many locations on the lot and decks. 81 feet of waterfront. 3 bedroom 2 bath home up and a bunk room with a low ceiling perfect for the kids with a full bath and living area with Arcades below. Expansive covered deck area above and below. Recreation area below. Boat dock also has a covered area with unobstructed sunset views.
Two above water and two below water green fishing lights.
Lighted pier and Boat house.
Crab traps are available to use but make sure you have a Texas fishing license.
4 kayaks with paddles and life vests for you to use.
Two different charcoal grills are available and a
Fire Pit for smores and what not.
Yard games for the family's enjoyment are available as well.
Arcade and VR pinball for your family's enjoyment

The owners do all of the cleaning and maintenance, so Please help us keep our home nice and happy.

No Commercial fishing! No Oyster Harvesting! Game warden will be notified if you do.
To comply with VRBO rules the house does have non monitored security camera's on the exterior of the house (driveway, dock/backyard/deck) for the safety of our guests and to protect the property.

Great location for fishing and close to town. The house was well equipped with everything you might need and more. Even a welcome basket when we arrive. Wonderful place to stay, indoors and out. Would definitely recommend to friends and family. Thank you

Great House to stay

All the family had a great time. Everyone (including the little ones) enjoyed fishing, kayaking, and being close to the beach and downtown. Place is clean and the owners do a great job with providing everything you need for the stay. I've stayed here multiple times and have enjoyed every one of them.

The owner was very nice and thoughtful that answered my question quickly and given detailed instructions. The property was very clean with plenty items for our group needed. This gorgeous property is in great location for various activities such as fishing, crabbing, swimming, kayaking, sunrise/sunset watching, and is close to various restaurants. We preferred our college who would host a friends gathering in this place.

Great Place to Stay

We had a very fun time. I’ve been coming to this house with friends and family for years and we always have a great time fishing and hanging out. The owners are easy to communicate with and keep the house clean.

Always a great stay

We’ve stayed here twice and it will always be our go-to property in Galveston. The outdoor space is absolutely perfect and the hosts are so easy to work with.

We stayed 3 nights and had a fantastic time. We love to fish, so the deck was awesome. It had plenty of room for all my family, the owner had kayaks and life jackets, we brought our own fishing poles but the owner has everything you need to fish(except BYOB- bring your own bait. It is very close to Schlitterbahn so we did a day trip there and to the sea wall beach. DoorDash works great there. The house was very clean and all the towels were supplied. Ohhhh and let’s not forget about all the video game consoles they have. Definitely one of the top 5 reasons we picked this one. I would definitely recommend this rental house, and we might being renting again too. Thanks Keith for all your timely replies and correspondence. We had a great time. 30 year anniversary 2025!

Fun Family Trip

My entire family and I had lots of fun fishing off the dock and kayaking. The house is in a great location for everyone to have fun in Galveston. We will definitely rent here again.

Great Place to stay & Fun Fishing

The new owners have done an awesome job of fixing the place up and we really enjoyed the fishing and relaxing off the docks. There were plenty of cooking supplies and amenities. I will definitely be renting this place in the future and would recommend it to anyone.

Great Fishing and Awesome House

This is my 4th time staying at this house with the current owner and the place is great. The fishing is good from the dock, the house is clean and provides plenty of amenities. I will definitely be returning. I have recommended this place to a friend who stayed last year and will also return with his family. Thanks, Dwayne.

Lovely bay house

Our extended family had a great time at this home. The downstairs area was perfect for the gaggle of kids and teens (they enjoyed the old school arcade games) and the main house had plenty of space for all to hang out and catch up. The dock was great for evening fishing and the house was really well equipped in every way. Close to town and beaches and the host was super responsive. Thanks for a great stay!

Game room and good fishing

The property was perfect. Had more than enough room, plenty of games, and an arcade. Nice fishing pier everyone was very pleased. Certainly on our list of homes to return to in the future.

Awesome place

This place is outstanding! We really enjoyed our stay with the kids and grandkids. They really have everything you need here for kids and adults. The guys even caught a variety of fish and some were even big enough to keep. Would definitely book again, we absolutely loved our time here and didn't want to leave!! Just me and hubby

It’s the second time we have stayed at this property. The first was with kids and grandkids. Both stays was amazing. All the little details the host does to make you feel welcome is great. From the treats in the fridge and counter, to the fresh flowers, then the first aide kit all the way to a bowl of toiletries that you may have forgotten. Wonderful stay!

big family must have kind of place

We are a large family and this place was perfect for our gathering. Super quite and easy access to the the seawall. We mostly relaxed and fished. Wish the porch had a gate to keep little ones from access to down stairs.

Could've stayed longer

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here at this beach house! It was perfect for our family and friends to unwind and get in vacation mode prior to leaving on a cruise. Wish we had booked a couple more days. Perfect location for fishing, crabbing, kayaking, etc! Beautiful community to putt around in our rented golf cart too! Fantastic yet again!

Great place for us, our adult children, our grandchildren, and our 83 yr old parents. Crabs and piggy perch for the little ones. All you need for entertainment on our weekend. Thanks for sharing your home!

Awesome House

Fishing was awesome (mostly small). Caught trout, ladyfish, ribbonfish, piggy perch, drum, small reds, and a small ray. Used the crab traps for the first time and caught a few as well. Can't wait to come back.

Great property in great location

Everyone in our family (ages 7-39) enjoyed this place! Fishing was great from the dock. The kayaks were fun. The arcade games downstairs kept the kids happy. The only minor negative was not realizing the downstairs and upstairs were not connected. We made it work though. Overall very happy and would book here again.

Family Vacation - July 2024

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful home filled with entertainment for all! The kids had a blast downstairs with all of the video games and the house layout and seating on the porches provided everyone with adequate space to enjoy. If you enjoy fishing, this is a great spot, just grab some bait and hang out on the dock, you will catch many varieties of fish in varying sizes. As it pertains to the downstairs, don't get distracted that it does not connect inside, the house layout makes it feel connected. My advice is to book this property and enjoy your time in Galveston.

Sitting on the dock by the Bay

Wonderfully stocked, beautifully furnished, fresh flowers and plants. Everything as expected, kayaking fun for the teens, great fishing for all (many trout, some catfish, a sting ray, and a few monsters that got away) Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Video games were fun when the wind was cold. For the birders we saw, gulls, terns, ibis, cranes, whistling ducks, the osprey, cormorants, and many others. Wonderful sunsets, lots of amazing decks, easy contact with host. A wonderful spring break retreat.
