The Blue Mesa Penthouse consists of two hotel rooms and a studio - making it a combined 3-bedroom, 4-bathroom condo with 3 private spaces sleeping 12 guests comfortably. With the ability to connect all spaces via adjoining doors, your group will enjoy a truly unique condo in the Mountain Village core with ski-in/out convenience.
The Blue Mesa Penthouse is located on the top floor of the building that sits on the southeast side of the plaza. La Piazza restaurant is on the first floor, and building access is via the door on the northeast side, adjacent to The Inn at Lost Creek.
Enter this two-level condo from the fourth-floor hallway (elevator access) through the #40B doors to a large living space. The living room has a sofa-sleeper, TV with a DVD player, and a balcony with views of the plaza below and the San Sophia Ridge beyond. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and seats up to four at the breakfast bar that overlooks the living area. The dining room seats six. A full bathroom with a walk-in shower is located on the main floor of this residence. Up the spiral stairs is a loft with a queen bed, as well as a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo.
In the attached unit #40C, there is a sitting area, a nook with a queen bed, a TV with a VCR and DVD player, a kitchenette, and spiral stairs up to the loft with two twin beds (recommended for children). The bathroom has a shower/tub combo.
The third attached unit, #40A, has a queen bed in the loft and a sleeper sofa in the living room, as well as a kitchenette, sitting area, and a private bath with a shower/tub combination.
All AvantStay guests have access to our 24/7 guest experience line, a dedicated hospitality manager, and hotel-grade amenities.

- This property consists of three “lock-off” units with interior connecting doors, allowing for privacy in each lock off.
- Please note: The fireplace is currently inoperable.
- There is no A/C at this property.
- The complex offers a common laundry room and ski lockers for each unit.
- The ski runs are less than 100 feet from the building, considered ski-in/ski-out.
- Telluride experiences "off-seasons" in the spring and fall. Many services are not available to travelers. Please check activities/restaurants/home amenities, etc. when booking these dates.
- Please note; As a ski town, many construction projects happen around town all summer. Working hours are 8 am-7 pm.
- Please note that the golf course is members-only, and guests do not have access to it.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.
