Very comfortable, kitchen was very comfortable and well stocked. Bathrooms and bedrooms were very comfortable as well, and the location is unbeatable. All of our needs were met and expectations were surpassed. We want to repeat the sane location next year.

Family wedding

This was a a wonderful place for a family gathering. The views from the house were breathtaking. We had everything we needed. It was a perfect location and loved that there was a garage to park our rental car in. I would definitely stay here again. The house was clean and organized with all the information about the area and tips for food etc..

Perfect Location - Beautiful Sunsets

Have stayed in this property 2 times now (in the summer). Perfectly located in Mountain Village. Underground parking makes access easy and secure. Views from property are stunning.

Great Location.

The location of the property outweighs the normal wear and tear of the property. Steps away from two lifts, you can watch ski school from your balcony, and you’re adjacent to the heart of the village. The boot warmers and the steam showers were the icing on the cake.

Sometimes location isn't enough

Invited Home is truly an amazing rental management company. They did a great job. The location of the rental is amazing. It's just no where near the quality of what you would expect for a high end Telluride rental. Needs some major TLC and updating to compare with every other rental we have used over last 6 years in Mountain Village.

Love the location

The location of this home within Mountain Village is perfect. Quick walk to the gondola and restaurants and shops. This is our second year in a row staying at this home. We loved it enough to be a repeat visitor, but the property is showing signs of wear and tear and is in need of some attention; which is why I could not give a 5 star rating. Otherwise, there is plenty of room in the unit for a big group to be comfortable, the views are amazing, and overall a fun place to be.

Great property and location

Loved staying in the heart of Mountain Village with quick access to skiing. Luckily we got bombed with snow on arrival day! Great amenities with plenty of space to spread out for everyone. Only minor criticism is the ‘microwave safe’ dishes really aren’t and resulted in a few singed fingers.

Great location and value

We have been coming to Telluride for many years, but decided to stay at the Plaza at Granita Penthouse this year to try something closer to the core. We were completely spoiled here - great location, fantastic condo with breathtaking views from every window. Very well laid out floorpan - isolated master was great and a very open feel to living areas. Each bedroom is unique and there is a huge amount of storage space. We loved having the convenience of being steps away from the core and being able to ski out the front door. Kids absolutely loved the amenities - WiFi was great and reliable, large bedrooms and baths, and sleds made for a great stay. We will definitely book this again next time!

Perfect Location/ Beautiful Property

Ski in/ ski out and ride the gondola to town! All perfect for a winter vacation in Telluride. Property was impeccable, the property manager was extremely helpful and the checkin process was seamless. We had a group of 4 guys and we all had our own room but the property could easily accommodate 3 families with all adults having their own rooms and the kids bunking in the “bunk room” I would definitely stay here again!

Best option in Colorado

My friends & family have traveled most - if not all ski resorts in CO. We do an annual ski trip every year for my BDay with a group no smaller than 10 people. Our experience was the best we have had in 20 years. The PH was perfect for our needs and very comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped and perfect for large meals. Seating was plentiful for our entire group at dinner time. TRUE ski in/out from the 1st floor and having Lift #1 was really nice. Put your boots on in the 1st floor and walk 30 yards on the sidewalk to put them on. If you have small kids- look no further... We have used Blacktie Ski Rental for the last 10 years and having it downstairs (in the same building) was amazing. Having a warm, enclosed garage was really nice and able to access from the elevator. No true complaints. Never had to contact property management or anyone concerning our PH. We will be coming back SOON!

Close to Gondola with a great property manager...but a bit noisy

Overall I would give this property 4 stars. The great thing about this property, especially if you have small children, is that it is a close short walk to the Gondola's. The views from this penthouse are STUNNING. Unfortunately, it is on a busy street and it was very noisy. This is more of a concern in summer when you need all of the windows open because there is no A/C. I assume this isn't an issue in Winter. There are hills around so the noise was mainly from vehicles and 4x4 bobcats and such trying to get up hills. There is also a playground right outside on the property, which was great for my little kids...but also really noisy when they were napping with windows open. The kitchen was great. We had everything we needed in this kitchen. The unit overall was a bit more worn than what you could see in the pictures. The carpet had humps in where it needs to be stretched, and some of the Upholstry in the kitchen area and kids room was pretty worn out and soiled. The outdoor spaces were pretty much unusable to us...as they have a huge table and chairs crammed onto a small deck in one area, where the top of the table was not really attached to the base. Looks like someone had tried to rig it so it wouldn't fall off. The other outdoor table had a small table and chairs, but again the top of the table wasn't really well attached to the base. We just were not comfortable using them with small kids around (and didn't want to do further damage just by sitting something on the table). We would stay here again though, but if we came in summer, we might look for a place not right on the main road. The master is gorgeous and has a fabulous view. The bedroom upstairs also had an amazing view. That was lovely to wake up to. The kids room was huge. Two bunk beds, so 4 individual beds, and a ton of floor space. There are a few toys in the downstairs closet, so we did get some mileage out of them which was great. Overall a great unit. Just set your expectations a little lower than the pictures and be prepared for the noise if you go in Summer. We made lots of great family memories here. We had 4 adults and two children. It was awesome hopping on the Gondola to go to town or opting for a restaurant in Mountain Village if we wanted.

Great location and amenities - fantastic stay!

This is a great unit with an awesome location in the Core. We stayed for Blues and Brews and had everything at our fingertips. We left the car parked the covered garage the whole time! We visit Telluride frequently and like staying in the core. This unit had the best view that we've had yet. We are looking at dates for this ski season!

This place was absolutely amazing!! We come to Telluride as a family every year for Christmas and this was by far the best place we have stayed. Convenient to main gondola and you can ski right on to the Meadows. House was cozy with every amenity and the perfect size for a family of 6 with lots of room left.
