Literally just steps to the beach (second row) with two easy ocean access points, OCEAN DREAM is a very spacious and completely remodeled home (Spring 2021) located in the highly desirable and family friendly Windy Hill section of North Myrtle Beach. This guest house sleeps up to 20 people comfortably and features a private backyard oasis with a PRIVATE SALTWATER POOL & HOT TUB, along with plenty of poolside lounging chairs, a shaded area under the house with outdoor TV and seating, as well as a ping pong table, and a private and enclosed shower area. The top two levels feature their own porch with ocean views for relaxing mornings with a cup of coffee and memory making evenings with those you love.

OCEAN DREAM is a luxury home designed with your comfort in mind. The FIRST FLOOR features a king bed master bedroom, large closet, and an all marble en-suite bathroom with an LED backlit anti-fog mirror and Bluetooth fan/speaker. A second spacious double queen room is on the first floor with an en suite with a Bluetooth fan/speaker, and a large closet. You will also find a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, large gathering area, laundry, and half bath on the first floor. The SECOND FLOOR features a king bed ocean view room with ensuite and Bluetooth fan/speaker, a double queen bedroom with ensuite and Bluetooth fan/speaker and a large closet, a pool view king room with a large closet, with a large bathroom just outside the door, and a very large bunk room sleeping six (two bunks with individual lights and usb ports and two pull out trundles with VERY comfortable mattresses) along with an ensuite and Bluetooth fan/speaker, and a large closet. You will also find a very large, comfortable gathering area with ocean views and 72” smart TV. Every bedroom, both gathering areas, and poolside under house seating area features a brand new Smart LG TV.

There's ample parking for 6-8 cars (size depending).

Ocean Dream is only a mile away from Barefoot Landing, a popular family friendly area with restaurants, shopping, outdoor hangout areas with live music, and much more! It’s so close it’s accessible by foot or golf cart! Ocean Dream is also minutes from world-renowned championship golf courses, miniature golf courses, and popular Myrtle Beach areas including Broadway at the Beach and Market Commons.
