Only upon request of the guest : Membership one time transfer fee (Non refundable) it will be $600 per stay (payment is due to the community's Admin office before you arrive). With the membership transfer, you will be able to play either of the 2 golf courses at the member rates: $75 for 18 holes with a golf cart. Free if walking after 3PM) With the Membership you also get access to unlimited gym , pool,tiki bar, fitness classes, pickleball,tenis and all other amenities. Covers 2 adults, spouse or significant other. No smoking allowed.
