Best location in The Woodlands! 3 bedroom house, walking distance from Hughes Landing. 1 mile from Woodlands Mall, Market St, Waterway, hospitals, TPC golf & Whole Foods. Access to walking/biking trail next to house.
3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, 2 living rooms. Small private backyard w/patio furniture.
Family friendly home; I provide pack n play, highchair, children's toys, dishes, etc. Some baby proofing done as well.
Desk & remote working area, coffee/tea bar & MANY kitchen items included!
The space
3 bedrooms/2.5 bathrooms:
Master bedroom #1 w/full bath- King bed.
Bedroom #2- King bed; 2 closets
Bedroom #3- Queen bed, office w/desk, credenza, & workspace. No closet in this bedroom.
All new furniture. Also, this home is much newer than most in the Woodlands.
2 living rooms- 1 upstairs/1 downstairs. Both equipped with Smart TVs
Dining room w/6 chairs; breakfast table w/4 chairs.

Recently renovated Kitchen- has all cooking utensils, condiments, spices, & even cookbooks included. Pantry has some supplies provided as well.
Fully stocked coffee & tee bar- Nespresso machine & coffee grinder for whole bean fresh brew.
Private fenced backyard- covered patio with nice outdoor furniture- 1 couch & 2 large cushioned chairs.
Perfect for business executives for work trips. In close proximity to many businesses & hospitals, etc. Desk, remote work space, & Wifi included.
Also, great for tourists, golfers, and families.
Very family friendly, baby gates, pack n'play, bottle sterilizer, puree machine, high chair & some toys included. 2 parks within walking distance- one is a toddler park 1 block away, one is a larger park with splash pad 5 blocks away.

Please note- No garage access. Parking for 2 cars in driveway.

This is listed as a 3 bedroom. You will have the entire house to yourself. You will not be able to access garage, master closet, or bedroom #4.
Other things to note
This is in an HOA w/rules. No parties or loud noise. No smoking. $500 fine and will be asked to leave immediately with no refund if any smoking inside or illegal substance abuse anywhere on property (that includes marijuana- it is not legal in Texas)

Carmela was a wonderful host before, during, and after our stay! She's resposive, organized, and friendly. This rental was close to everything and was incredibly clean and comfortable.

Yes, absolutely. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed for cooking, making it easy and convenient to prepare meals. In addition, the activities available around the neighborhood were well suited for all ages, ensuring that everyone in our group was able to enjoy their time.

We have stayed here before and would love to stay here again. Home is clean, well appointed, beds are comfortable and the furnishings are comfortable and ample. The host has thought of everything which makes traveling with little ones seamless and easy. Hreat host who is responsive

The house was great! Just as advertised and other reviews were spot on. Very well equipped, stocked and clean! Very cool floorplan! Especially for kids. It really is a perfect place for families with small children up to teenage years. Easy check out as there wasn't a lot required before leaving like other VRBO's. Location was great. It's at the end of a culdesac. There is a walking trail right beside the house but the house was quiet, comfortable and peaceful. I would definitely stay here again. Carmela was very quick to respond and helpful.

This property is an ideal location, close to everything. The host was incredibly responsive. The coffee grinder was a pleasant surprise as I am used to fresh ground beans. Bed downstairs was all I used but super comfortable. Had everything I needed and was a great experience!!

The home was spotlessly clean and very well furnished and equipped. Our visit included four adults who were all very comfortable in the home. We enjoyed the kitchen, especially for coffee, breakfast and family time. We enjoyed the dining and living room facilities for meals and conversation. We walked each day to shops and restaurants in the Woodlands area. Everything we needed and wanted was very convenient. For all our purposes, this was an exceptional property. Thank you Carmela.

Wonderful Stay!

Fabulous home in a great location! Walking trails right outside the door, easy to get to everything. House was incredibly clean, roomy, and very well stocked. The added children supplies made our stay relaxing and fun. We had a few small questions and our host was so kind and responsive. Thank you, we would love to stay here again!

Woodland’s Home

We came to The Woodlands for a concert and stayed in this amazing place. It was clean and had everything you could want and it was five minutes from the venue. The owner of the property was so gracious and was available to answer all my questions. I would definitely recommend this property and would rent it again. Five stars.

Great the woodlands location

Home was spacious and lovely. Well stocked with coffee beans and Nespresso pods, liquid soap and shampoo in bathrooms. Motion flood light at driveway which was helpful if you arrive after dark. Extremely fast WiFi!! Excellent location to The Woodlands Methodist church and mall area. Carmella responded quickly to any questions. Highly recommend this property.

Great Property

This house was great and just what we were looking for on our trip. Our daughter loved the second living room and all the toys. She called it "her room" from the moment we arrived. Great to have toys, the gates, and kids stuff she could use. The property was very clean and well maintained. The owner was very nice and easy to get in touch with. The house was close to anything you would need.... restaurants, shops and parks. We really enjoyed this property and would rent again!

Wonderful home in a great Woodlands locatio

House was perfect for our family of 5. We have 3 young girls so the two bikes and various toys were put to good use. Very close to excellent dining and shopping options. The house is extremely well equipped to actually use the kitchen: it has olive oil, cooking spray, aluminum foil, spices, multiple complimentary coffee and tea options. Plenty of TP, Kleenex, paper towels, garbage bags. Home is located right next to a paved trail with easy access to parks within a short walk. It’s easily one of the most livable rentals we’ve had even compared to more “luxury” places we’ve stayed. Easily a 5 star rating and would definitely stay again.

I was born and raised in Houston (The Woodlands) area. Went to college at UH, then moved to Los Angeles in 2009. I now live between LA & The Woodlands and work in the legal industry. Having a 1 year old son, it's hard to stay in hotels or with friends/family for long, so I bought this wonderful home that's very close to everything in the Woodlands. It is my 2nd home so has ample kitchen supplies, etc- I love to cook. Fabulous opportunity for someone visiting to stay in the best location in the Woodlands, close to everything -in a home that has everything! Very safe & peaceful area next to walking trails that lead to all the Woodlands has to offer. You can pick up the trolley from Hughes landing too. Please message me if you have any questions.
