Perfect Location

We had a great stay here. This house is located in the perfect spot for a visit to The Woodlands. Clean, quiet and large backyard for our dogs. Thank you and looking forward to a future stay.

Very nice home in the Woodlands

We had a family reunion and a few guest stayed at the peaceful perch and had a very good experience. Well appointed kitchen, clean house, and everything was functioning well.

Perfect Home Away From Home

My wife and I stayed here for several days recently. As frequent VRBO renters as we travel, our overall impressions were that this home was definitely one of the best that we've stayed in. Well stocked with every possible need in the kitchen, extremely clean, and a great location from which to visit our children and grandkids. Will definitely stay here again.

Lovely home

Three homes were rented with these wonderful people for a wedding in the Woodlands area. We were absolutely thrilled with our stays, we were able to walk between the properties, all homes, where exactly as pictured. Very pleased & would definitely rent again.

Fantastic Property, Fantastic Location, and Fantastic Goodies and Extras!

Perfection!!

This is an amazing place to stay. Extremely clean. Extremely well stocked. The owner is so gracious and thinks of everything you need. I wouldn’t bother to look anywhere else if we needed to stay in the area again. Even our teenage boys loved it here, and that’s saying a lot! 😊

Great property!

The house is just as pictured, the owners provide lots of little details to help your stay be perfect. The back yard is amazing, so if the weather is nice, spend some time out there. The only thing we didn’t realize were the 2 twin beds are one bed with a trundle. Still nice, just changed up our rooming assignments. 10/10 would stay here again!

Pleasant and Peachful

Our stay at the peaceful perch was wonderful. A couple of minor issues, (wasps and the disposal) were immediately taken care of which was perfect. The neighborhood is quiet and yes, peaceful! Debra and Matt, expect us back another day!

Perfect Stay in The Woodlands

As my family prepared to move, we needed room for our family of five. The Peaceful Perch is brilliantly thought out, with amenities such as game room, books for children, comfortable, large, clean bedrooms. The owner/manager generously provided k-cups and starter soaps, toilet paper, paper towels. Could not ask for a better property. I will definitely recommend. Close to Woodlands TPC Golf/Insperity (walking)

Amazing property for family stay!

The property is absolutely amazing! It’s in a quiet neighborhood and close to everything the Woodlands has to offer. Our family of four plus our puppy were in transition between home sale and relocation overseas. The home provided us with everything we needed. It’s extremely well stocked and organized. The owner is very attentive and pleasant to talk to. We were very happy with our stay and had zero complaints. We highly recommend this property whether you are visiting the Woodlands or in need of a place to stay in between homes.

Tranquil Stay

This location is so perfect for a relaxing retreat. We had our girl friends annual trip here to The Woodlands and loved it. Quiet street and sooo convenient to all the shopping and restaurants. There even is an H-E-B right around the corner which we shopped and bought groceries for the stay. Old Town Spring is just about 5 minutes away with all their quaint shops too. The bedrooms are all very comfortable, all the things you might need from home are right there. We even played some of her games one night and laughed till our sides hurt. Debra stayed in touch with me the whole process of booking and our stay. Wonderful lady to book with. If I ever get back to The Woodlands I will be staying here again.

Family Reunion/ Son's Wedding

Our stay at the Peaceful Perch was nothing short of outstanding. Debra and Matt have created a relaxing, intimate family friendly home that we would go out of our way to stay at again. The description of the property/amenities, etc. was spot on; the house was clean and orderly and ready to live in. All members of our family remarked time and again how pleased they were with the home and the atmosphere. The backyard was wonderful for kids and our dogs. The location is superb with easy access to I-45 with great stores and shopping minutes away. The customer service was excellent--Debra was always available at the drop of a hat, quick to respond and ready to help. We look forward to our next visit and stay at the Peaceful Perch! Great House; Great Owner

My family and I came to the Woodlands for our daughter's dance competition. Rather than staying at the resort, we wanted a quiet place where we could also bring our dog with us. House is completely as described. If anything, the description undersells it. Clean, comfortable, and they supply so many things to make your stay easy! Backyard is beautiful and our dog loved all the wildlife. I really enjoyed having my coffee on the deck each morning and watching the birds. Very quiet neighborhood with direct access to the walking paths around the Woodlands. Unfortunately, our stay was cut short by the hurricane and loss of power. Owner Debra was extremely communicative and understanding during an extremely stressful time for everyone. We will definitely be back! Can't say enough good things!

Words of Appreciation....

We ar so appreciative that Debra allowed us to stay with our 3 Brittanys, during what was a very stressful (non-toxic) mold remediation event for us at our home. For this to happen during a pandemic (causing us to vacate our home for almost 2 weeks) was stressful and exhausting. This owner is kind, flexible and an outstanding communicator. We are so appreciative - it is hard to properly convey our thanks. This property has such a nice yard, and lots of indoor/outdoor space. It also facilitated working remotely for my spouse. Thank you again for all.

Encanto de casita!

Toda la comunicación con Debra fue genial de principio a fin! Muy amable y cordial. La casa es un lugar encantador lleno y rodeado de la naturaleza de Woodlans, estuvimos mis hijos y yo de viaje de negocios, hubiésemos deseado pasar más tiempo en la casa, pues cuenta con un jardín muy encantador, lleno de plantas aromáticas, árboles. Todo funcionando con excelencia, las camas muy cómodas, inmaculada limpieza. Recomiendo ampliamente The Peaceful Perch para disfrutar de sus encantadoras mascota como búhos, colibríes y diversos pajaritos por todo el lugar! Excelente!

This house was perfect for our stay over Christmas. It’s in a great neighborhood with all amenities within a 10 min drive. This is the most well stocked Vrbo I’ve stayed in with anything you need for cooking. Absolute Jen in my opinion and would stay here again. Communication with the hosts was great with instant replies. Thank you!!
