Ant problem in kitchen, refrigerator never shuts off, 1 1/2 rolls of 1 ply toilet paper for 2 people/9 days, fire pit with no firewood, no log in info for television - could not get live feeds, coffee bar supplies not adequate.

Loved this place!! It’s so cute and so clean! Beautifully decorated. Great communication with owners. We stayed here for the Turkey Run car show, plenty of space for our truck and trailer and ‘47 Dodge. Quiet, safe neighborhood. It was a little too cold for the beach but it’s close! And they have a wagon to bring beach chairs! Watched the sunset over the river on the dock. Cute coffee bar with everything you need. Thank you for sharing your home!!

Cute place, clean, perfect for a quick beach getaway. The walk to the beach was just a bit further than anticipated, roughly 1.5 football fields, but definitely still walkable. Joe was awesome and gave us some great recommendations on restaurants. Highly recommend!

Cute and cozy cottage

The house is so cute with its beach decorations. Super clean and fully equipped with everything that one can possibly need. Nice touch! Bed and pillows were super comfortable. Loved how close to the beach and restaurants we were. We walked to the beach everyday during our stay.

Beach house

Our stay at cozy crab house in Ormond Beach was fantastic! The house was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The host was communicative and made check-in and check-out seamless.The location was perfect—just a short distance from the beach, restaurants, and local attractions. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe, making it an ideal spot to unwind. One of the highlights of our trip was walking to the beach for the sunrise. Overall, we had a great experience and would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable stay in Ormond Beach!

Cozy Crab - Cozy Indeed

The Cozy Crab was the perfect place for us and our kids during our visit to Ormond Beach. It was cute, clean and simple. We loved the fire pit especially being down in Florida during a cold spell. The walk to the beach was so short and convenient. The owners were great and were quick to answer any questions or assist us. 10/10 would stay again and we are already planning our trip back next year. We stayed for a race at Daytona Speedway and it was a very reasonable distance drive to and from the speedway. Lots of great restaurants to and from where we were going

Beach Relaxation

We enjoyed our stay at the CrabHouse VERY much. The property was very clean. Everything worked very well. The owners attention to the smallest details is what makes this special. The details include spices for cooking, complementary Tea & Coffee, beach chairs and umbrella's, grill usage, and most important the outside shower. Thank you for a great experience with family. It was a nice place, good accommodations & very comfortable beds. I never sleep all night at home but the 4 nights we were there, I did😊 I brought a lot of things that you had there bc I wasn’t sure. It was nice to know there were amenities there to use.Host was easy to contact & help😊 There is only one negative & that is the trash can by the carport door was half full & smelled so bad when we arrived, we just moved it away from the carport.

Beautiful cottage by the sea

We’ve been travelling from the uk for over 25 years to Florida , and first time in ormand by the sea . Loved the checkin process which wasn’t obtrusive with somebody meeting you . Beautiful property with everything you could want , apart from a table in the back yard maybe if you want to sit and eat outside like we did one evening. The proximity to the beach was what did it for us , out the door and on the beach in less than a minute , fabulous ! The neighbourhood is very safe and everybody says hi . Crossing the busy road we thought would be a problem , but all the cars stop and let you , go , something that would never happen in the uk ! There’s a great publix up the road for all your supermarket shop requirements . We wished we had stayed longer , and we will most certainly be back. The hosts were quick to respond when we had an issue with the electrics tripping out , when you plug more than two items in at once, which is a common occurrence ( we thought the storm knocked it out) , maybe a notice displayed telling us that would have helped and stopped us worrying !! All in all it had everything we needed , loved the beach buggy to transport the chairs , cooler , towels umbrella etc to the beach , saved our arms . We didn’t use the various eateries , as we had a car and drove further afield but the area had plenty . In a nut shell , stay here it’s a ten out of ten property , and so is the area . We will be back for longer next time , clean , well furnished.

Cozy beach bungalow

We loved our stay. The place is very clean and charmingly decorated. There are lots of thoughtful touches, like extra pillows, blankets & towels and a very well stocked coffee bar and spice rack. It's quite close to the beach as well as lots of restaurants and a Publix grocery store. Communication with the owners & check-in/check-out were very easy. Highly recommend and would happily stay again.

Perfect little beach house

Our stay at the cozy crab was perfect! My husband, myself and our 3 boys (16,13 &7) fit comfortably in the house! The walk to the beach was just a few minutes and the neighborhood was quiet! We would definitely stay here again! Thank you Joe for opening your cozy crab beach house to our family!

Cozy crab shack perfect

Absolutely loved our stay at the cozy crab . From the comfortable beds and crab cozy decor we loved our stay. Only a 3 min walk to the beach where you can bring chairs and umbrellas supplied at the house. Bbq and fire pit in the back for fun after the beach. Definitely recommended

Had a fantastic stay. The location was great with it been a few minutes walk to the beach with places to eat/shop nearby. The home was really clean and had everything we needed to unwind from day to day life and enjoy our stay. Thank you for having us.

The unique benefits about this property is you are located between The Beach and The Halifax River. A short (0.2 mi) walk mostly flat via Roberta Road to the beach leading you directly to the Lifeguard Station that overlooks the beach for your Safety. Also Al Weeks Sr. North Shore Park is a handicapped accessible beachfront park with restrooms, showers, parking and sidewalks that directly overlook the beach as well. An additional large, paved overflow parking lot is located diagonally across the street on Ocean Shore Blvd. And also short walk (0.3 mi) mostly flat via Roberta Road to The Halifax River side you have Roberta Fishing Dock and Kayak Launch with seating where you can enjoy a nice brewed coffee in the morning or watch the beautiful sunset and wildlife directly overlooking the River.
