Appreciate you staying and your review. I agree the house has not been painted in about 4 years and is due for a new paint job which is going to be done this spring (2023). I am unsure of the black substance covering the wall in the front you are referring to, but I will get that looked into and taken care of - thanks for mentioning it. The home is definitely older but has been updated in the last 10 years with new hardwood floors, new hurricane impact windows just 4 years ago, a completely remodeled master bath 5 years ago along with brand new cabinetry in the master bedroom. I would agree the floors are not perfectly level in certain areas which may cause a person to be able to sense the change in pitch in certain areas of the house, however, I was assured when I purchased the house less than 10 years ago that it was not uncommon for an older house and it has never been an issue for me nor many of the other guests who have stayed, many of which return year after year. I do stand by the pictures of the inside of the house, although within the last year the bunk beds were replaced with two single beds (I will put up new pictures). Thanks again for staying.
