Perfect stay

This house is clean, bright, comfortable, and well managed. Probably one of the most communicative management companies we’ve ever worked with. The home was perfect with a pool on a canal for the long holiday weekend. Rooms are spacious and we had lots of time for family activities. Conveniently located off 95 for easy access to everything. Definitely recommend.

Great time!

We stayed at this property in early January. House was clean and stocked pretty well. Plenty of towels, dish soap, laundry detergent. I really appreciated not having to pick up those basic supplies. Those were provided. Neighborhood was very quiet. Pool was great and heated. Management responded to my questions right away. Great stay!

Perfect ,wonderful, gorgeous

The communication with the owner and Brempton Park was perfect,useful and very efficient. The house is located in a quiet neighborough. The house is absolutly perfect : very spacious, super clean, well decorated. We enjoyed a lot our stay. We felt like at home. There was everything we need . The beds were super confortable. The pool is great. Thanks also for the donuts. There were chairs for the beach and plenty of towels. I would definitively recommand this house and would come back in this house next time I' m in Fort Lauderdale.

Brampton Park

Overall, the property was as advertised. We were provided with adequate household items, towels and cleaning supplies. The host was extremely responsive to our inquiries. The raised step at the entrance of the home is a hazard and additional measures should be taken to increase awareness. The single blue strip of tape is not adequate. The lighting in the master bathroom is not sufficient and should be updated.

Beautiful Home!

This house was really well appointed. They have everything you need to enjoy your stay. Providing paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap and laundry detergent etc. was a really nice touch. We were hoping to bring our boat, but the fixed bridge is really low. We would have appreciated this communicated prior to the booking. The second on suite is attached to the bunk bed room, this was not clear in the listing. Overall, I would recommend the house. It has plenty of room for families or a group of friends.

Great house in quiet location

We had a fab week here. The house was really clean and there were lots of little extras which we really appreciated. The beach chairs and umbrellas were brilliant and we used them loads! The pool man visited while we were there, which we weren't told about. This was a real shame as typically that was the day we were having a pool day, but were unable to use the pool for the afternoon - and had we known, we would have made alternative plans to go out. The house is in a very lovely, but very quiet (possibly retirement based) residential area, and when you have a couple of families (which the house seems geared up for) there is going to be some noise when in the pool and outside space. Unfortunately, one neighbour complained about the noise, around 11am - so not early or late! This did put a bit of a dampener on the rest of the time spent outside as we were constantly shushing the children for fear of upsetting him again. However, the neighbour opposite the dock was super friendly and fed the fish twice a day while we were there, to encourage the fish and helped with successful fishing time - which the children loved.

vacation at its best

we were with 2 couples and 2 children in the house. nothing is missing. everything was neat and clean. the cul-de-sac location and the neighborhood are great. we would love to come back.

Fabulous House!

My family and I stayed here for 10 days and we couldn’t have been happier with the house! The house was very spacious Perfect for a relaxing time with a large group. The house is great for entertaining and has lots of furniture outside so people can sit down and enjoy the pool. It has a a brand new grill great for barbecues. The house also has a great view of the canal where you can watch some boats go by and has a large dock for anyone with a boat. House is spotless, all of the furniture is brand new and beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with all the necessities you will need to cook during your stay. The house is also stocked with cleaning supplies including toilet paper, Paper towels,, laundry detergent, everything you need for your stay is included. I highly recommend this rental for anyone looking to stay in the Fort Lauderdale area.

Beautiful waterfront house

We spent 4 wonderful weeks in this beautiful waterfront house. Each morning we would zip our first cup of coffee by the pool while listening to birds singing beautiful melodies. We did a bit of fishing and were lucky to catch a couple of fish from the canal waters. Lauderdale by the Sea is only 6 minutes away, close enough to drive and watch the sunrise at the beach, which we did a couple of times. The neighborhood is a residential area, a couple of minutes away from restaurants and supermarkets. The house has an overall good vibe and flow that invites to relax, It is as shown in the pictures. Three bedrooms, three complete bathrooms and a fourth small room that I used as an Office space to work from home. Fresh, airy, spacious, well designed and beautifully decorated. Management provided superb maintenance and support, they were very responsive to our needs. We will miss this house and highly recommend to families that wants to relax and enjoy the Florida way of living.
