Casa Colinas is a peaceful and spacious villa in the foothills of the El Yunque Rainforest. This home has 6 bedrooms and sleeps up to 16 people. Complete with a large pool, heated jacuzzi and expansive outdoor spaces, it is the perfect place for families, wedding groups and reunions.

Casa Colinas is located only 10 min from both the El Yunque Rainforest main entrance at La Coca Falls and Luquillo Beach and kiosks. It is only 30 min from the SJU airport & 40 min from the Vieques/Culebra ferry.

Casa Colina has 6 bedrooms, 9 beds and sleeps up to 16 people. On the first floor you will find a kitchen, dining room, living room, family room, 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and laundry room. The ground floor leads out to a beautiful outdoor area with a pool, heated jacuzzi, covered terrace, outdoor shower, BBQ, pool table and seating. On the second floor, there is a second kitchen, dining room, living room, 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom. Upstairs leads to an expansive balcony with the rainforest as its backdrop. At Casa Colinas, there is plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy the sounds of Coqui frogs.

The home is very private and has smart locks for easy self check-in along with dual covered parking garages. With 600 mbps fiber optic WiFi, it is the perfect place to work from home. Casa Colinas is the perfect place for guests who wanted enjoy Puerto Rico's beautiful nature without sacrificing comfort.

Wonderful home for family vacation!

The home was excellent! It was plenty of space for our family! We especially enjoyed the outside sitting area and hot tub/pool! Convenient to beaches and San Juan! Host was responsive and kind!!

Perfect stay

I had taken a family trip with 10 adults and two children. The location was great, with a short ride to the beach that was never really crowded and close to fun excursions. The house and pool/jacuzzi were clean as well. Ryan was very quick with communicating if we had any issues. Would definitely recommend to anyone that wants to get the real experience of Puerto Rico.

Perfect for our party of 15!

We visited P.R. Spring break 2025. This home was exactly what we needed. Our property manager “Ryan” was very responsive and took care of us immediately. The pool and hot tub were perfect for relaxing after a long day at the beach. The home was overall very clean and having all needed supplies was a big plus. We definitely recommend this home.

Beautiful home & great location

The house is huge and fit us all very comfortably. Just be aware the "2nd floor" of the house is a completely separate apartment with a bathroom, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, living room. There are stairs outside to get up there and separate lock/key to access the 2nd floor. This wasn't a problem for us. Just be cautious as the rain/mist can make stairs a lil slippery because they are outside. The host responded quickly & accommodated our last minute request. Highly recommend staying here.

Great stay!

We enjoyed our stay! Ryan was very helpful with any questions we had! Check in process was easy. In a great location at the base of El Yunque rainforest. Worked great for 14 people. Would definitely recommend to large groups who would like having a pool and hot tub.

Family vacay in the rainforest

This property was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Ryan was very responsive when contacted. This place has a beautiful scenery. This was a family vacation of 16 with ages ranging from 40- 1yr old and everyone enjoyed their stay. I would highly recommend this location!

Not Quite Luxury

We enjoyed our vacation here but there were multiple issues that put a damper on our stay. We did not report any of these issues until after our visit but recently submitted a list to Ryan. He said he would incorporate as much of our feedback as he can to improve in the future. Only dangerous items: exposed wiring in circuit box at the back of a kitchen spices cabinet and several electrical outlets with no covers. The bathrooms were a bit grimy and most had no ventilation. The master bathroom floor flooded with every shower and there was no cold water in the downstairs bathroom sink. The upstairs bathroom has a window in the shower with no curtain, which leads to a lack of privacy at night; the door to that bathroom also does not close. Pots, dishes and flatware were in short supply; also no pot holders or kitchen towels. All household linens were limited; only 1 towel per person and no extra pillows or blankets. We did laundry a couple times a day; but the dryer had no vent. Eventually we kept the laundry room door open to vent into the partially enclosed porch that houses the pool table. Access to this porch can’t be locked to the outside. Since the two upstairs bedrooms are accessed through this porch, the occupants of those rooms were locked out of the main house at night. Positives – the house is in a great location. There was plenty of room for our group and we enjoyed the pool and hot tub. If the issues I mentioned are corrected, this could be a first class villa.

Overall nice house and host is nice.

Great house, great host. Very spacious.There was 9 of us and we comfortable. Host is very responsive if you need anything or have issues. I would rent from him again.

I enjoyed my stay, the house was beautiful just as described. We had two VERY Minor issues that was out of the owners hands, but he addresses everything as soon as I reached out. His communication was excellent and the house was perfect for everything we needed. Clean, spacious, just like the pictures. I will never stay anywhere else if I come back. Thank you

Rainforest Getaway

The property itself is great and the amenities are as described. This house is the perfect host for a large family or group. The outdoor spaces were extremely accommodating for the 11 of us. One note-the hot tub switch is marked “do not touch”. Unfortunately we didn’t find that out till the day before checkout since it’s not mentioned in the book and we didn’t touch as told. Because of this never got to use. Aside from that, we were very happy with the property and the hosts. 100% recommend

Overall great experience

We stayed in this property for my bachelorette weekend with 15 women. Ryan was an awesome host . The house is amazing super spacious and pictures don’t do it justice . Only issue we encountered was with hot water for showers but the host worked in fixing the issue all weekend and waived additional fees previously agreed upon because of the inconvenience. Great service. Thank you Ryan!

I originally came from upstate NY before I fell in love with the island of Puerto Rico and moved here permanently. I live in the Canovanas area (about 30 minutes from Casa Colinas) and am available to help guests however possible, whether it be with local recommendations or in case of emergency.

This beautiful little town is perfectly situated between both the beaches and the rainforest, giving you unlimited access to the most beautiful and enjoyable portions of the island. It is also convenient for travelers, as it is just about 30 minutes from the SJU airport and 40 minutes from the Vieques and Culebra ferry. Casa Colinas is meant to be a special place for large groups of friends and family to celebrate special occasions or just relax and enjoy the beauty of Puerto Rico.
