Cozy custom-built Cabin - Lakeside

Enjoy our romantic treehouse nestled on a one hundred acre farm at Whispering Pines for a secluded get-away for couples. With all our friends in mind, entry is effortless with our ramp cement walkway and plenty of space for wheelchair and/or special needs access.

Upon entry, you will be amazed by the natural light through the large picture windows facing a lake. The kitchen, living and bedroom areas are all open spaces that flow together seamlessly with plenty of places to sit and relax. Enjoy puzzles, games or books for relaxing days while snuggled in front of a large stone gas fireplace. The laundry room, stocked with complimentary Tide-pods, is conveniently located in the bathroom. Browse through the Guestbook to discover wineries in Hermann & Augusta as well as other local attractions all within thirty minutes. The kitchen is stocked for your cooking needs with an oven, cooktop, microwave and refrigerator in addition to a Keurig with complimentary coffee (regular and decaffeinated), tea or hot chocolate.

While outside, you will love the stunning view of the lake and mature trees along with the peaceful sounds of nature. Turn on the string lights and soak in the hot tube while facing the lake for a relaxing evening. Feel free to hike on our private trails and enjoy all this beautiful property has to offer. Look for colored blazes to guide you on your path. Benches are placed in open areas to enjoy your surroundings. Outdoor games are conveniently located near the hot tub or spend the afternoon lounging in the hammock. Cook dinner on the propane grill for your BBQ needs or enjoy s’mores at the custom-built fire pit with our complimentary firewood. S’more kits are provided and are a must for every campfire.

Our farm is nestled between the cities of Hermann and Jonesburg where you can enjoy wineries and other seasonal attractions. Indian Camp Creek Park, Little Lost Creek Conservation Area, the Daniel Boone Conservation Area and the Katy Trail are located nearby for the outdoor lovers.

There is limited cellphone service, no Wifi or television at Whispering Pines with the intention to allow our guests to relax and reconnect with nature. We strive to provide all your needs during your stay.
