Perfect for golf getaways, desert getaways, spring training baseball getaways!

*****Please note the spa is controlled remotely to ensure its operation does not interfere with the pool filtration system. Please let us know when you'd like to turn on the spa and we can set it on a timer for you!

Enjoy your getaway in this spacious 3 bedroom/2 bathroom house (1500 sqft) with a large newly renovated backyard.

Please note we have a 6 adult maximum occupancy on this property however infants/children may accompany the adults if the existing bedroom accommodations fit your family's needs.

Get restful sleep during your getaway on luxurious Tuft & Needle memory foam mattresses. Smart TV's throughout the residence allow you to access all of your favorite streaming app accounts or just stream from your phone!

LIVING AREAS:

Large dining table for your mealtime gatherings. Open concept kitchen and spacious kitchen peninsula with additional seating allow plenty of space for enjoying cooking and interior dining. Fully stocked kitchen for your convenience to prepare your meals in the comfort of the home.

Open living room area with large smart TV and comfortable seating.

Game Room with bar seating, smart TV, variety of games, and Foosball table.

Access the pool from the living/dining area to round out a lovely indoor/outdoor experience.

OUTDOOR ACCOMMODATIONS:

Soak in the sun while relaxing next to the NEWLY BUILT modern pool and spa. Pool/spa heating is available for an additional fee of $75/night (82 deg F, 2 night minimum), please request at the time of booking.

Poolside UV blocking umbrellas provide much needed shade during the day and provide ambiance lighting with built in solar LED lights for your nighttime enjoyment.

Pool side turf allows additional space for relaxation, yoga or meditation.

You'll have access to the entire property including the fully gated private backyard. The only space not accessible are the linen closets in the master bedroom and the laundry room.

CITY ATTRACTIONS:

Outside you'll find a quiet residential neighborhood with all city amenities at your fingertips just minutes away. Walking distance to grocery store and eateries.

SECURITY:

Carport and driveway available for guest parking.

Keyless entry provided for security and convenience.

Please note for your security and ours we protect our property similar to all major hotel chains with 24/7 recording security cameras along the entire exterior of the home including the side yards, carport, front door/front yard and backyard/pool area. Tampering with security equipment is prohibited.

Rental agreement must be reviewed and signed to confirm booking. Copy of government issued ID required for booking. Please review our full set of House Rules. Must be minimum 25 years of age to book.
