Property was very nice convenient to many activities and attractions. Spacious and stocked with games for kids and adults to play. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice family getaway.

Clean comfortable

We had plenty of room for all of us and our boats. Were there for a week of walleye fishing and it was great!

Nice place

Nice large property, clean and comfortable. Backyard was very spacious, but be aware it is not private as there are multiple story apartment buildings surrounding it. We had a great time and enjoyed the stay!

Fishing Trip

Second time staying. Margo is super quick to respond. The place was great for our 6 guy fishing trip. Plenty of beds, kitchen has sufficient pans/etc for cooking. Even had a Blackstone griddle. Great location close to the pier and restaurants.

Nice place for fisherman

Was very true to what was advertised. We enjoyed the big open floor plan for our big group. Plenty of room for all of our fishing gear and enough room to park three trucks and boats.

Great stay

We had a great trip visiting cedar point and put in bay. The location was great, near a grocery store and plenty of restaurants. Cedar point was a close drive and the ferry was right down the street. The house was very clean with plenty of games to play and a good size yard. We were very happy with our choice.

Fishing crew

Great location from the docks. Plenty of room. Plenty beds. Everything you need is there. May want to take a bluetooth radio but other than that you are good!

Great Stay

Spacious property which worked excellent for 6 adults with lots of fishing gear. Very good location with short drive to shopping, restaurants, marinas, etc.. Margot was quick to respond to questions. No issues from my perspective. Thanks.

needs a little TLC

theres a few things that were falling about like the bathroom door didnt work right some outlets were bad but its cheap for how many ppl it fit, its in a good location so for ppl that plan on spending more time on the lake then in the places like we did

Perfect set up for everyone to hang out

We picked this property over a hotel because it had a large living room area and a yard. This way our kids could all play together without cramming into one hotel room. The place was super clean. There is only a bath and a half which is hard when you have a lot of people that need to shower but there are plenty of beds. We were the first guests and ran into Margot to give her some tips for the next guests.

Girl group

Overall not a bad place to stay. Location is good, however you are close to the train tracks. The bedrooms are not exactly how they are advertised. The room with the double bed also has a full/twin bunk bed and the the other two rooms had three twins in each. It is a great house for a men/boy group but for our group of girls we could have used some mirrors in the bedrooms to help with getting ready in the mornings, it would have made having only one shower much easier. The Bluetooth light in the bathroom was pretty cool. The outlets in the bedroom could use some work, our phone chargers would not stay plugged in and would fall out of the outlets. Also would have been nice to have places to hang our towels since the washer and dryer were out of order. For our short stay it was okay, we made it work and had a good weekend.

Honest review

We stayed in this house a 4 nights before July 4th. Online reviews all say good things about this property so I booked it without doubt. I wish I would have been told about that the house is close to train track. Trains come very frequently and honking. Some of us could not get good sleep due to the noise from train. There is safety hazard from an almost falling wall cabinet with fire extinguisher inside on the wall at hallway from kitchen to one of the bedrooms. It was fixed the third day we stay. The sliding door of half bath is old and tilted but it is still functional. None of the bathroom can be latched/locked from inside. We need to have people guard the bathroom when someone uses bathroom so naughty kids won't break in. The water is not hot enough for comfortable shower and cleaning dishes, even after running for a long time. Everyone rushed to finish shower and complained it is cold. We told the owner and he/she said it is hot enough, he/she should come try it himself/herself with us present so we unerstand what he/she means it is hot enough -- maybe it is hot enough for him but not for us. Definitely not as hot as in all hotels I have been to. If you have a big group you may want to have more full baths in a vacation house. This house has only one full bath. Only 2 big trash bags are provided during our stay. We later bought trash bags ourselves.

Bachelor Party Fishing Trip

We had a great time. We had all the amenities we need to fit our reason for the trip. Host is very responsive, fun, and helpful! I would have liked an updated grill but the kitchen appliances were in excellent shape and met all our needs including cookware and utensils. Plenty of towels and all described necessaries!We may start an annual, or possibly twice a year fishing trip to the same location with the same group!
