Very close to SDC quiet and a very clean and cute condo. Everything was excellent except the beds and the pull out bed in the living room.

Cute place, great location!

We had a great stay. The property was clean, looked as listed, great location, plenty of space for our family. We enjoyed coffee on the deck. We hiked down to the little lake close by. It’s a pretty little spot for fishing/sitting. Our daughter enjoyed the little swingset/play area. We were close to Silver Dollar City, which we visited and had a great time. Billy Gail’s restaurant was delicious for breakfast and close by, as well as a little coffee shop. We also checked out the mochas & Meows cat cafe and the butterfly palace! Would definitely stay here again.

Weekend Trip

We always love staying in Notch Estates! This unit was very clean. The host is very kind and quick to answer questions. The balcony feels so private since it’s a corner unit. We would definitely stay in this unit again.

Lovely and clean condo and grounds

This condo was well kept, well stocked, and had a fantastic balcony. The grounds (pools, trails, etc) were well kept and clean. It was a very quick trip to SDC and into Branson West. We enjoyed the SDC fireworks as a bonus! The communication from the manager was quick and clear. Would definitely recommend.

Quiet little stay

My husband and I ditched the kids and spent a week celebrating 10 years of marriage. We had a lovely time and this was our first time staying in Branson west. If you are looking for a quiet place and away from the hustle and bustle of Branson downtown, then Branson West is the perfect choice. It is only a short drive to the main attractions in Branson and the scenery of the drive is an absolute bonus! We enjoyed our stay at the condo also, even though we were only there at night to shower and rest. The condo was clean and was as advertised. If we would have had our 3 kids, I’m certain they would have enjoyed it also. There was a pool and a playground. As someone who suffers from back pain, I was pleased that the bed was comfortable and did not add to my back problems. If I had to complain about anything, it would be the water pressure in the showers. I have extremely thick long hair and it was a task to get the shampoo out of my hair due to low pressure. But I made it work. We throughly enjoyed our stay and we would recommend staying again!

Perfect, relaxing retreat

Every step from booking to checking in to checking out was smooth and easy. Accommodations were perfect with everything needed for comfort. The location is tucked in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from Silver Dollar City. The pool is just steps away and the unit’s deck overlooks the peaceful Ozark Mountains. Beds are comfortable and the kitchen and baths had more than enough to accommodate. Would stay here again!

Awesome place to stay

My husband and I and our best friends spent 2 nights here and it was everything I had hoped! The accommodations were impeccable and attention to detail was incredible! Off the beaten path so traffic was at a minimum! I will definitely stay again!

Great condo, close and convenient to SDC and other amenities!

We had a great little family weekend getaway to visit Branson, Silver Dollar City, White Water, and just toodle around. Condo was nice and clean, and communication with owner was really great. Would definitely stay again.

Sprung break get away

We went down for a long spring break weekend. The condo was fantastic. Great location minutes from silver dollar city. The condo was very clean. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends.

Perfect Place for the Weekend

Surprised the wife with a weekend getaway, so I had to make a splash on where we would stay. We've stayed in the area before and had no hesitance in staying again. We enjoyed the comfort of the beds and the relaxation of the living room. The pricing was very affordable, making our stay one to remember.

Fall Getaway

We had a great time in Branson at the SDC Fall Festival! The condo location was PERFECT for going to and from SDC and missing all of the traffic! We loved sitting on the back deck and admiring all of the beautiful colors of fall!
