NEW LISTING!! We love the location of this Condo. We are just 2 minutes away from the main strip, 441, and able to get to the Island of Pigeon Forge within minutes and our kids love the fact that Dollywood is only 5 miles away! 1.6 miles away to the Island of Pigeon Forge. We also have an extra parking pad for long trailers! Close to everything, yet in a quiet area. We hope that you enjoy it as much as we do! Let us host you while you visit this great tourist destination! Thank you!!

Located in perfect distance to everything. Check-in was easy and communication was great. We did have a slight issue upon check-in but it was addressed immediately. Couldn't have asked for a better host.

Family trip

Really enjoyed our 2 weeks there and it's close to all the fun on the strip. Owners were extremely responsive to any needs or questions we had. Will definitely stay there again.

Truly a gem!

This property was everything we could of asked for! Close to everything, but off on a back road in a quiet neighborhood. With a stoplight at the main drag (huge bonus) Clean and cozy! Everything we needed was there and more that we didnt even get to enjoy on this trip! We will be booking again.

Disappointed

Walked into a uncleaned unit. Contacted host who informed us cleaners couldn’t come for another 2 hours to start to clean. Asked if they would be willing to put us up in hotel for the night answer was no. After 3 hours on phone with them or VRBO representative did get my money refunded. So left very disappointed!!

Wish I had read the description details better.

I'll begin with what was most important to a group of older ladies....THE STAIRS!! All of the bedrooms and one of the bathrooms are at the top of a very steep staircase. The sofa in the living room is not a sofa bed. There is only one TV and that is in the living room. Some of us like to sleep with the TV on so they spent several very uncomfortable nights on the sofa and the loveseat downstairs in the living room. We had an issue with the toilet paper. There was only a little bit left on the rolls provided so with 5 ladies it lasted about 45 mins. We had to make a trip to the store right after check in. I would expect at least a back up roll. The place was a bit dusty and the sliding doors were very dirty. It could use an update all around but guess that was reflected in the decent price. Nice location, parking a plus.

Christmas Getaway Trip

The house is very nice. There is plenty to go and do in this area. Not to far out from anything. I would say if your thinking of staying here and can’t climb stairs then this place isn’t for you, both bedrooms are upstairs with one bathroom with tub and shower, the other bathroom downstairs with shower. Other then that then it was great for us. Just if you can’t climb stairs ask before renting a place . But it was quite and nothing was wrong with it , we cook and did everything else there. Will be back just not with some family members

Ladies weekend

It was a good place. Close to main town. Clean. The only bad part is online doesn’t tell that both bedrooms are upstairs. I was expecting at least one to be downstairs. We had some older people with difficulty going upstairs.

Great location and great price

This place worked perfectly for us. Was well equipped though we didn't do any cooking. There were multiple lights that didn't work but they didn't cause any problems. The unit was a little outdated but that was fine with us. We needed a safe and affordable place. Vacation rental websites need more places like this. We had an issue checking in that could have been avoided if I had checked the app before I arrived but we were able to resolve it within 15 minutes.

Great property

This is a great out of the way rental in a quiet neighborhood. It is so close to town but it's so quiet and the private patio and balcony was great. Very clean and well stocked with needed supplies for cooking as well as towels and such. We will rent again.

Property was clean and close to the actions

We booked for 5 people but only had 4 at a time do to problems back home just before we arrived. The host provided the information for me to pass to the family going until I could arrive mid week. At age 70 I did not have any issues with the bedrooms being on the second floor.. Would very much consider staying there again.

Close to everything yet quiet

Property was exactly as mentioned in listing. Great location close to everything yet in a very quiet area. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again, especially considering price compared to others. Much better than motel lodging.

McCallister - Ross vaca 2022

We loved the quiet location and it’s the end of a couple condos so you had privacy. The location in relation to town was great, far enough to be quiet and close enough to be convenient. I would recommend another trash can or midweek pick up date and reinforcements to the railing on the balcony but other than that it was perfect! The hosts are quick to answer any questions you may have too. We asked for a crockpot and they provided one for us, which we used at least twice 😊.
