You will fall in love with this 3rd floor cozy coastal condo and all the things to do nearby! Just a few miles from the World Famous Florabama Bar, Pensacola Naval Air Station home to the Blue Angels, Joe Paddi's Seafood, Pensacola Beach, Johnson Beach National Seashore, Orange Beach and Gulf Shores just to name a few. Amenities include large heated pool with hot tub and shared grill/picnic area. This condo boasts an open floor plan in the main living area with comfy sofa and smart TV and new wood plank flooring throughout. Master br has a queen bed with Tepra Pedic mattress, dresser, and nightstands. Kiddos will love the Built-in bunk beds in the hall! There is a full size sofa sleeper in the main living area. Brand new kitchen with 42" white shaker cabinets, granite, and new appliances. Enjoy the ocean views from the private balcony! There is a brand new washer & dryer in the unit. Private beach access on east end of the complex and public beach access directly in front of the condo. Come and relax, kick back and enjoy our little piece of paradise! Loved Perdido!

The condo was just as expected and according to the listing pictures and description. It was the perfect size for our family of 4. It was so clean. We enjoyed the room, balcony, pool and beach. The public beach area was small and crowded. There was a police officer there most days keeping people within the public area. We did go to the public beach area a couple days which was fine for us but just wanted to mention it being a very tiny area for heads up and planning purposes. If you walk down the road or cut through the other Grand Carribean (East) there is a beach entry there and is private access. It was rrqlly nice and not very crowded. You really can spread out and get a good beach spot. We did this a couple days and enjoyed it. It is a little bit of a walk back and forth to the condo but wasnt bad and was worth it for a nice beach area. We ate in for breakfast and a few dinner and suppers. The kitchen had everything we needed. We drove to orange beach for some of our meals and attractions. It was a 10-20 minute drive. Flora-bama, The Hangout and beachside mini golf were all very nice.

Condo in Perdido Keys

It was a nice condo super close to the beach. It was nice having a view of the water from the balcony. We enjoyed the nearby restaurants and pool. The people there were super nice.

Cute condo with great location! Condo is just as pictured. Nice view of the Gulf. Helpful that beach chairs, umbrella and towels are available. Sharon was easy to work with. Highly recommend!

Great Stay

Condo is exactly as advertised. Everything you reasonably need is provided. Was nice and clean upon arrival. Check in was easy, and communication with the property owner was great from original booking confirmation all the way through check out. Would recommend.

Great Getaway!

Sharon was an amazing host. Very responsive and honest with my questions and answers. Had one minor issue with the thermostat and was resolved quickly when we checked in. Location is terrific, pool and hot tub are great, beach is beautiful and is a quick walk. Restaurants are also really good and reasonably priced. Perfect family getaway and not overly crowded. Highly recommend this cute, comfortable and clean place! Had everything we needed for our week’s stay.

Great, Relaxing Getaway

We enjoyed our stay at this property and beach very much. It was our first time at Perdido Key and the public and private beach access was both close enough for us to enjoy every day. The property was a perfect size for my family of 4 (2 adults, 2 younger kids). It was kept clean and perfectly stocked with all the kitchen cookware, appliances, and beach gear we needed for our week. Having Publix close by was also great! We will be back for sure!

Great condo in Perdido

I am from Pensacola and we come down regularly but usually stay in town. This visit was for a friend’s wedding in Orange Beach and I chose the condo because the location was perfect for the wedding and associated events, as well as being close enough for us to slide into Pensacola a couple times. I was not disappointed. The condo complex is not a huge behemoth like so many others on the beach, and most definitely what I prefer. There is a view of the beach and easy access to it as well as proximity to Johnson’s Beach and Grande Lagoon State Park. We explored Orange Beach and Gulf Shores a bit and checked out several “new to us” restaurants. Happy to say we found a few new favorites! I don’t cook on vacation, but the condo has everything you need if you choose to do so. Sharon was very welcoming, responsive, and had some great info available at the condo. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Stay

The condo was beautiful and so clean. The location was perfect. We drove down to the private beach access because it was less crowded on that end. It took 2 minutes. This was our first time visiting the Perdido Key area and we really enjoyed it. Not to crowded but had everything you could need.

Relaxing girls weekend!!

We definitely enjoyed our stay here. We got in really late and the first thing we noticed was a Sheriff parked in the parking lot ,which made us feel safe. The place looks just like the pictures in the ads. Rooms are very clean, it smells good inside, and the space is filled with everything you need for cooking and drinking any sort of beverages. Location is really close to the beach and the home provides beach chairs, floating boards, and an umbrella. You can literally go for a swim in the pool and walk barefoot to the beach if you wanted. Only issue we ran into was the beach access is limited, the two building ahead had guards claiming majority of the beach area and had a small area allocated for public use. On a busy day, it was really hard to find somewhere to place our stuff, but we made it work. There is a decent amount of food spots near by, but they do close early so you can travel to Florabama and go to spots there or downtown Pensacola. You will barely need to contact the host, because she gives you everything you need before hand, but if you must she responds quickly! Thanks for a great stay Sharon!

If I can leave 10 stars I would! Such a beautiful fully stocked condo with everything you need. Short walk to the beach. Quick and fast communication with the best host ever. We will definitely be back. Might just be our annual spot to book!

Perfect summer getaway!

Our condo was just like the pictures! The four of us had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the space. We cooked in the condo every day and even used the grills by the pool for snapper we caught. Short walk to the beach. We loved this condo and hope to be back soon!

Great updated unit

We have stayed at this complex many times and were unable to stay last year due to Sandy. This unit is dressed to the 9's amazing updates to the unit. Very comfortable. The owners introductory packet had all of the information we could wish for. Had a small blip and the owner was quick to respond. Even had to reach out to the owner after the stay to ask about the type of bed it had and she responded right away. Will be back.

Wonderful stay and very clean 5 star

We had a wonderful stay. The condo is updated with high end furnishing. The bed in the master was very comfortable. The condo was very clean when we arrived. The owner gave us excellent directions for arrival and a lot of restaurant recommendations. She even messaged me letting us know the condo was ready early so we checked in and got a lot of extra pool time on our first day! Beach: the public beach right outside the condo is a little small but we went to the private beach to the east everyday with ample room. The private beach was super clean with a lot of room and very friendly people. Pools: there are two pools one at each condo with a pond and walkway between. We spent more time at the east pool since it’s closer to the private beach. Pools were well kept and clean. They do get a little busy at times but there were enough chairs 99% of the time. There are also showers and a hose right outside the pool area to wash off from the beach. Area: This was our first time in the area so we weren’t sure what to expect. There are a lot of great restaurants close by. We loved Sunset Grille with having a playground for young kids. There is a food truck across the street that was great as well. The Islander was also great. We did not care for Flora-Bama but it’s worth a visit to see. My only gripe about the area is the limited restaurant options along the beach. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would love to come back in the future. The owner takes excellent care of the condo and is very attentive to renters. Five stars!
