Cabin #1 Fisherman's Landing / Rustic Cabin w/ Covered Boat Shelter Sleeps 5

Fisherman's Landing Cabin #1 ~located right off of AL Highway 67 in Langston, AL less than 1 mile from one the nicest boat launches (South Sauty Creek) around on Lake Guntersville.

Come and sit on the porch to start your day with coffee and listen to the birds. Coming to Guntersville to fish, hunt, hike, see the bald eagles, or just relax and unplug? This is the place for you.

Our cozy and rustic cabin has 980 square feet that takes you back to simpler times. It is equipped with 1 bedroom (Queen Bed) and 1 full size bathroom downstairs and has an open loft upstairs with a Queen bed and a Twin bed. You'll have your very own kitchen, full size washer and dryer, and living room to relax and watch tv.

We now have Wifi for your convenience.

You'll also have a 16' x 36' covered shelter to park your vehicle or your boat. It is equipped with lights and electrical and water hook ups.

You'll have access to the Fisherman's Landing pavilion where you can hang out and relax or enjoy your dinner on at one of our picnic tables. You will also be able to use our fish cleaning station while staying with us.

What we provide: We provide all bed linens and towels for you during your stay. We also provide you with a basic starter set of toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, trash bag, and laundry detergent. If you are staying for multiple day you will want to bring some extra supplies with you.

Everything was great. No issues at all. I would like to be able to leave the carport light on for when you come home in the dark. This unit has a 60 minute timer on it, that's not very much use. Also, make sure to turn on the "living room" ceiling fan to circulate air in the loft or it will be very hot up there.

Lighting

The property would be a lot better if there was more lighting an signage as to where the cabin you rent is. There needs to be more lighting around the road so the ditches are more visible are some type of warning signs because it took us alittle bit to find our place an when I made a turn to get on the road our cabin was on my boat trailer went in the ditch an hit the rocks an made it bust my fiberglass fender on a brand new boat so now I will be out another couple of grand to get it repaired because of poor lighting an signage

Short fishing trip

Parking for my boat was perfect didnt have to cover it. Close to ramp.was great. The couch is a little much. I would definitely stay again. Only reason a three rating was the coffee pot was dirty and found a pot with food particals in it. My wife would not use the coffee pot.

Fisherman’s landing cabin#1

The cabin is clean and simple. Has a covered carport for the fisherman’s boats. Good location. Very close to south saudy boat ramp which is great. Had a great stay.

Excellent!

We really enjoyed staying here and the location to the lake and food was perfect. I do wish they had shampoo, conditioner, and soap. I will 100% stay here again.

Wonderful Stay

Suggest everyone to stay there. Wonderful place to go with your family or friends. Less than a half a mile from a big public boat ramp, very beautiful area. Mr. Ben was always on top of anything ,any questions I ever had. Very clean and spacious cabin. We stayed last year and I forgot to review but this was and is a beautiful place to go. we had a wonderful time last year and also very quiet place, beautiful and all the amenities you would want and need to start. Very enjoyable we will be back and have passed on info to other family and friends. Looking forward in going back next time also

Great stay. Located close enough to a public ramp and not to far to two other just north of cabin to keep from running your boat so far if you want to around Scottsboro or Stevenson area
