Ocean block- Walk to beach- Game room/Tiki Bar

Situated on the quiet beach at the north end of Fenwick Island this ocean block beach bungalow has a private dedicated path behind the home and the neighbors' houses for easy beach access. Inside you will find 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen and laundry room all have been recently updated. There is also a downstairs game room with tv and mini ping pong (window a/c unit) and a ground level tiki bar.  This raised rancher has plenty of outdoor living space too with a large open front deck overlooking the bay and a back deck with ocean breezes.  There is also a covered sitting area adjacent to the bar for relaxing or games of cornhole.  Enjoy morning sunrise walks on the beach or in the evenings you can take in the breathtaking sunsets over the bay. This home comfortably sleeps 8 in 1 Queen (primary en suite), 2 double beds (in BR 2), and bunk bed (in BR 3) for kids. Central A/C, plenty of parking, outdoor shower, tankless water heater, internet access and streaming services (no "cable" tv)- Please note that this house is on pilings so there are steps.  
We ask that all guests respect the neighbors and keep noise to a minimum.

Great beach week get away for my family of older teens. Perfect distance from the beach with good access tot he rest of Fenwick. House was exactly as advertised. Only negatives for us were a bit of a musty smell in bottom rooms and mattresses weren't a match for us. Both negatives I could fix during a future booking. I'd book again because the proximity to the beach and the neighborhood overwhelmingly more positive.

We’ve been coming to Fenwick Island for many years and LOVE it compared to Ocean City. Very comfortable home and spacious. Loved having a deck in front and back of home. Owners very responsive with my questions…we had a memorable family week!

House is exactly what was needed

It's hard to find a smaller (3 bedroom) house in FI this close to the beach anymore but this place was exactly what we needed. It's a little dated compared to most in the area but it is perfectly located a block and a half from the beach and has a private path right to the side street. This part of the Fenwick Island Beach is all but deserted so you'll have plenty of room to enjoy the ocean. We had a couple issues come up while we were there but the hosts were very communicative and handled things immediately for us, which we greatly appreciated.

Great stay

We love this part of Fenwick. The house is clean and as described. Short walk to the beach and the kids love the downstairs game room and tiki bar. We would definitely stay again.

We were happy with the cleanliness and the location. A short, convenient walk to the beach. The owners were very responsive and we were impressed with that. Some things, like kitchen appliances, are not new, but everything worked fine.

Fun House - Short Walk to the Beach

My family of four stayed here for a long weekend. The house was accurate to the pics and description, and was a short walk to the beach. We also enjoyed the nearby restaurants and shops.

Accommodations were fine and worked well for us, however a bit rough around the edges - could use some updating. The biggest complaint is that the floors were dirty - should have been swept and swiftered

Nice clean beach housse

The house was very spacious. The living/dining area is one large open area giving plenty of floor space. The bedrooms are also a nice size. Bathrooms are also a nice size as well. The tiki bar and rec room below the house are a wonderful addition to the beach house and give another area to hang out and relax. The pathway behind the house that leads to Lewes Street is nice to have, so when going to the beach you do not have to walk along Coastal Highway (where there is not a sidewalk). The house was also nicely cleaned before we arrived which made me happy! I gave the Accuracy of Online Listing 3 stars because the bunk beds are listed as twin size on the listing. . . but they are full-sized. While it is nice to get a larger bed than anticipated, this unfortunately messed up our linen rental as we did not have full-sized sheets for the bunk beds. We had to call the linen rental company to bring us two sets of full-sized sheets (that were not able to be delivered until the next day). One suggestion I have for the property is to provide more lamps and lighting in the dining room and living room areas. During the day the natural light is wonderful. But at night one ceiling light over the dining room table and one table lamp in the living area does not provide enough light if multiple people want to sit and relax and read indoors. The rest of the house is adequately lighted. I would recommend this house if you want a nice stay at Fenwick Island.

Our family had a wonderful stay! The location is just a short walk from the beach—makes it super easy when vacationing with kids. My son’s favorite thing was the mini ping pong table in the game room.

Excellent Beach Spot

My wife, daughter and mother-in-law stayed here for a week. Excellent location/proximity to the beach. Fairly spacious house with a cool tiki bar downstairs. We’d stay here again.

The house is as advertised, plenty of space and the tiki bar area is great. Our only complaint was the cleanliness, the mattress pad was not at all clean and the bathmats hadn't been washed.

Awesome stay

We loved this house and our week in Fenwick. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Our kids loved having breakfast at the tiki breakfast bar and playing games in the lower “clubhouse”. It’s just a short walk to the beach and close to great restaurants. We will definitely stay again.

Great house and location

Had a great time at this place. The beach was perfect and not crowded at all. The layout of the house was awesome and the tiki bar area was a fun shady spot to be outside.

Quick Getaway

We found this property last minute for a Labor Day getaway. The house was clean and comfortable and the tiki bar was fun the afternoon we spent playing cornhole, ping pong, and cards while listening to music and having a few drinks. We have been coming to Fenwick for 25 years and have never stayed at the north end of town, but this let us explore some different restaurants. Quick access to the beach and an overall nice time.

Exceeded Expectations

Myself and 7 other friends rented this property from Nelia and had no complaints whatsoever. Both her and her husband were extremely kind, helpful, and responsive. We had an extremely smooth process from start to finish thanks to Nelia. The property is beautiful, newly renovated, and is a short walk to the beach. We have plans to book this property again in the future!
