Las instalaciones incluyen piscina privada comunidad, perfecta muelle de la comunidad para las canoas, kayaks y lanchas SUP y estacionamiento numerados reservados. Un plan de piso abierto con un dormitorio principal y terraza privada, un altillo perfecto para los niños, un porche y terraza abierta perfecto para las fiestas de cangrejo y hermosas vistas que cada uno amará. 9 plazas en 1 Rey, 1 Queen, 3 individuales (litera con un nido) y 1 doble ocultar una cama. A great stay

My family and I had an amazing time at this location. The owners were extremely welcoming and accommodating. The location cannot be beat as I have young kids so we could go to the pool whenever and you basically have a private beach across the street. Very close to Bethany proper as well as northern OCMD. I am glad I could take my 2 kids under the age of 5 on a family vacation like I used to when I was their age.

2025 vacation

The property was nice , but had some issues . The TV in the sitting room area did not work. The rental agency sent someone out to look at it. He could not get it to work. The reason why we liked it is because my sister needs to sleep with the television on and we put her there in that room . She was disappointed . The icemaker from the refrigerator did not work. It filled with ice, but it didn’t come out. They sent two repair men out but neither could fix it. The loft upstairs had a trundle bed. We pulled the trundle bed out for my one son and the mattress cover it was stained with urine. We did not use it , it was disgusting . A couple of small other issues that I told the rental agent . The location was great , the beach was perfect . The size of the townhouse was great. We would rent again , as long as the issues are corrected .

Great place to stay!

The townhouse was pretty much every thing that it was described to be. Very spacious and clean. It had a really homey feel to it. The screened in porch and outdoor deck were great options for eating meals. We were surprised that there were no mosquitoes given that it sits right on the bay. The master bedroom has a lovely balcony with a beautiful view of the bay. The beach is across route one and as other reviews stated, it was never a problem crossing. The beach itself was beautiful. Very quiet and even though cars are allowed on the beach, we saw very few in our area. The community pool was also great. Very close by to the townhouse and there are bathroom and shower facilities right there as well. The only criticism we had was that the 4th bedroom is really not a great option. It does have a pullout couch (not very comfortable) but the door does not extend all the way up to the ceiling, and is very close to kitchen, so noise carries into the room. Also there is only a half bath in the hall, so one has to share a shower with an upstairs bedroom. It would be better to advertise the house as a 3 bedroom with an additional den. All in all, a fabulous place and we would definitely stay there again!

Vacation stay at Kings Grant - Unit 54

Our week's vacation at your place was fabulous. Everyone had a great time. The view of the bay and the location between Bethany Beach and Ocean City was perfect. We were able to see fireworks five nights from the deck. The interior furnishings of the condo were very nice; i.e., appliances, furniture, TV, pictures, etc. The sofa, chairs, and beds were very comfortable. The kids enjoyed some of the games that you had in the unit. Everything worked fine, including: the grill, oven, stove, refrigerator, micro wave, fans, air conditioning, etc. We were especially appreciative to have three parking passes this year. It was an inconvenience last year when we were only allowed to have two passes. Having use of the kayaks was also appreciated. Locking the kayaks together was not a problem. Areas for improvement: 1) The dead lock bolt on the front door is not aligned properly and very hard to close, 2) My wife and I stayed in the 3rd floor bedroom this year. It would be nice to have a functional dresser to unpack our clothes instead of living out of a suitcase for a week, especially since we cannot use the closet. We enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to spending another week's vacation at your place in 2019. Thanks. Glenn

Beautiful townhome & amazing location

This was our third time staying at a King's Grant property, and it was by far the best townhome that we have been in! The location is perfect. Beautiful bay views, and just a short walk across the street to the beach. If you are a family with young children, Kings Grant is absolutely the place to book your vacation! The home itself was furnished beautifully, and you can tell that the owners take pride in keeping it up. I highly recommend staying at this location!

We had a wonderful week despite the corona virus. The house was very comfortable with a beautiful view of the bay. We loved watching the birds and seeing spectacular sunsets. The beach was across the road and we saw dolphins and pelicans daily. Between the beach, the bay, and the pool, our days were very full.

Lovely bay stay

We thoroughly enjoyed this property and our vacation. The proximity to the beach was awesome. Although you had to cross Route 1, it was not difficult to accomplish. The beach was never crowded. Although the townhouse was a little small, it worked well for our party of 7 adults and one baby. The kitchen was well appointed. The master bed was comfortable. My one complaint is lack of lighting on the first floor. I would stay here again.

Beautiful house

The house was so pretty and beach themed. The couches were comfortable and so were the beds. The view of the sunsets from the deck and dock are gorgeous and having pool access was perfect for our small kids. You have to cross the main road for beach access but we rarely waited more than a minute for traffic to fully clear and felt safe crossing. The beach felt semi private with tons of room between umbrellas and every family had a water side spot. Perfect vacation for my family of four with kids 2yo and 5yo. Will definitely come back!

Loved it

Loved the location, and the house. The only problem is the 4th bedroom had a pullout couch, and the couple using it was very uncomfortable. Had to buy a blow up mattress. Would still love to comeback next year. Good idea to put another bed in there . Everything else was great

House is nice, location -not so much!

The house itself is very nice. The location-not so much. If you want to bike into town, not only is it 2 miles but you have to bike on a major highway. The house is on the bay side, so to get to the beach you have to cross a 4 lane highway.
