Less Than 1/2 Mile From the Beach

This quiet, shady home is located within walking distance of Jamestown Beach, a dog-friendly, shared- neighborhood beach that is perfect for shell hunting, kayaking, or just taking in the sights. We are close to great hiking spots and other outdoor activities, and only a five-minute drive to downtown. We have lots of outdoor seating under a covered awning including a gas fire pit and grill. The large open kitchen with bar seating will be nice for cooking in but we also have some great restaurants in our area for when you feel like dining out. Just ask for recommendations! The master bedroom features a large, walk-in, cave shower and a private water closet.

We are dog friendly to well-behaved, well-trained dogs. There is a doggy door leading to a fully fenced, grassy, backyard. The front deck is also fully enclosed!

Don’t forget to utilize the hammocks located off the side of the front porch. These have been a guest favorite for hanging out and relaxing!

Early check-in may be granted, day of, upon request (depending on availability).

Lovely, clean and comfortable

This was a lovely place to stay! We were really comfortable and pleased with the well-prepared kitchen, and bathroom, beds and couch. There is a large open space in the front of the house with kitchen, LR, and DR. Would be good for hosting a gathering. We spent a little time on the porch springy chairs, and did walk on the beach once. Also we got a flat of raspberries from next door Graysmarsh Farms. Delicious! Thank you very much for the white wine, which we took to a large family gathering and enjoyed.

Cozy home away from home

The home is very comfortable. The kitchen is large and stocked very well. Living area had a large comfy couch. There is a covered area off the side that has seating and a propane fire feature which we enjoyed during the chilly evenings. The beach is not too far down the road. Our host was very prompt when responding to our questions.

Comfortable for family and doggers

Very clean, comfortable and well decorated. Fenced backyard/front patio was perfect for dogs. Covered patio with bbq pit and chairs was a nice place to enjoy. Great communication with the owner. The welcome sign with wine was a very nice touch. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Dog-friendly

Nice to have such a dog-friendly place! Large fenced backyard, dog bed with bowls, and a beach just a short stroll away. The house was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen was well-equipped. Sofas were extraordinarily comfortable.

Labor Day in Sequim!

Enjoyable spot

My friend and I enjoyed out visit immensely. We're both in our 80s and found everything comfortably laid out. We never needed to communicate with the property manager. Our small dogs loved the fenced backyard. The hammock chairs were divine.

Lots of details thought of in this comfortable home

This property was very comfortable and clean. The beach access was not what we expected, but otherwise I highly recommend this home. Gina was very responsive to inquiries, the kitchen and bathrooms were well-stocked, instructions were clear and easy to follow, and many detailed touches were provided.

House was immaculately clean, well stocked, so lovely and tastefully decorated, comfy beds, perfect location walkable to the beach. Great shade and a fenced yard. Right by Graymarsh farm for berry picking. Strong wifi, owner very quick to reply to any questions. Highly recommend! <3

Absolutely 10/10

One of the best places I ever stayed at. The land around the house is well maintained and very clean. Also, you do get some outside amenities and a place to hang out with a group. On top of this, the whole area around the house is surrounded by trees. So you will be pretty much in the shadow the whole time. The inside of the house is incredible. Very modern, clean, and well taken care of. The best thing about this place is how prepared for guests it was. If you forgot something there is a good chance it's gonna be there for you. The owners were so kind that they left us a personal welcome sign and bottle of wine. Overall 10/10 for sure gonna come back if it's still around.

Exceeded expectations in every way

We appreciated every aspect of this rental. The location was great and the home is freshly renovated with a very well equipped kitchen. The host has truly thought of everything. We especially appreciated how we were welcomed upon arrival. Gina is the hostess with the mostest! We would come back in a heartbeat.

Has everything you might want! Just a short walk from the beach. Close to Sequim for restaurants and shopping. Property manager was quick to reply and friendly!

Amazing host and beautiful getaway!

From the Welcome once we entered the house to the better than pictures accommodations—this Sequim getaway and her host are a real gem. Great communication, cozy house and well supplied kitchen made this a true respite. Love it and hope to visit again!

Off the beaten path.

Nicely updated home off the beaten path away from traffic and people. Nice covered sitting area with gas firepit. During our visit in June there were quite a lot of mosquitoes but didn't really get bit much. Great communication from the owner.

Perfect stay!

This spot was a perfect fit for our 3-generation get-away. The rain held off, (which is certainly a bonus for this summer which hasn't shown up yet), neighborhood was peaceful, close to town which has a great little artisan & farmer's market, close to the Olympic Game farm and surrounded by beauty. The house was clean and exactly as described. The beach access down the road cannot accommodate vehicles - you have to walk down to the beach. Gina was very responsive for questions. Definitely recommend this rental!

Great spot

This place was great! Very clean, extremely well equipped kitchen, great porch with swing chairs. Easy to child proof for small kids. Close walk to beach, and less than ten minutes into sequim, and at least five parks. 10/10 would stay again! Thanks!

Adorable Remodel By the Beach

A hidden gem for pets and their owners 1/2 mile from a beach with stunning Pacific Northwest views. Well-provisioned with thoughtful and convenient touches throughout. Spacious well-proportioned living area, well-laid out for family meals, games, lounging. Fenced in deck and yard for pets. Would visit again in a heart-beat. Five-minute drive to town and 30-minute drive to a variety of fantastic hiking.
